PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on 13 December 2005 the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation among the Governments of the Member Countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and the Republic of Korea (Framework Agreement on Thorough Economic Cooperation between the Government of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and the Republic of Korea), as a result of the negotiations between the deputies. ., b. that in respect of that, it is deemed necessary to pass the Agreement to the President's Regulation;

DECIDED:
., ESTABLISHING: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT ON COMPREHENSIVE ECONOMIC COOPERATION AMONG THE GOVERNMENTS OF THE MEMBER COUNTRIES OF THE ASSOCIATION OF SOUTHEAST ASIAN NATIONS AND THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA A FRAMEWORK ON COMPREHENSIVE ECONOMIC COOPERATION BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENTS OF THE UNITED NATIONS AND THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA.
Section 1
Validate the
Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation among the Governments of the Member Countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and the Republic of Korea (the Framework Agreement on Economic Cooperation Comprehensive between the Government of the Member States of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and the Republic of Korea) whose original manuscripts in English and translation are in Indonesian language as attached and are not part of the be separated from this Presidential Regulation.
Section 2
In the case of different interpretation differences between the translation of the Indonesian Language Agreement with the original English text as referred to in Article 1, then the original text is the original English text.
Section 3
This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
