ABOUT THE SALARY REGULATIONS OF THE Indonesian REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA STATE POLICE.
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. That in order to improve the purpose and purpose of the use and well-being of the members of the Indonesian National Police, it is necessary to change the principal salary of the Indonesian National Police as set out in Government Regulation No. 68 of 2005 about the Second Amendment to the Government Regulation No. 29 of 2001 on the Regulation of Gaji Member of the State Police of Indonesia;
B. that based on the consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the Government Regulation on the Third Amendment to Government Regulation No. 29 of 2001;
Remembering: 1. Section 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year of 1945;

Rule Of Government Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 29 Of 2001 On The Pay Rules Of The State Police Members Of The Republic Of Indonesia (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2003 Number 20 Of The State Sheet) Number 4094) as has been twice the last modified with the Government Regulation 2005 No. 68 (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia in 2005 No. 153).

SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATION OF THE THIRD CHANGE IN GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 29 OF 2001 ON THE PAYROLL REGULATIONS OF THE Indonesian REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA.
Section 1
1. Changing Annex of Government Regulation No. 29 of 2001 on the Salary Regulations Of The Members Of The Indonesian National Police (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia 2001 Number 52, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 4094), as has been twice amended with the Government Regulation:
a. Number 14 of 2003 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2003 No. 20); and
B. Number 68 In 2005 (State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2005 Number 153),
And so as to be as set forth in this Government Regulation Attachment.
2. The terms of number 1 are in effect from 1 January 2007.

This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
