That the Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia are a group of people who fought and defended the independence of the nation and the soul of Pancasila and is responsible for maintaining and enforcing the Union of the Republic of Indonesia proclaimed on 17 August. 1945, both of them are joined in official armed and class-class unity, which is recognized by the Government.
That such a struggle must be continued to fill out the independence by carrying out national development to realize a fair and prosperous society based on Pancasila as well as ward off all the conflicting or doctrinable teachings of the United States. Pancasila.
That national development as a means to realize national goals such as the opening of the Constitution of the Constitution of 1945 must be carried out jointly between the Government and the rest of the people, especially the Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia, with the Rally for unity and national unity.

NAME, POSITION, TIME, FORMATION AND SOVEREIGNTY OF

Name and Occupation
The organization is named the "Legion of Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia" (abbreviated as LVRI) and is based in the State Capital of the Republic of Indonesia.

Time and Establishment

Member of the National Legion of Veterans Affairs
Every member of the Veterans Legion of the Republic of Indonesia must have a sign of membership of the Veterans ' Legion of the Republic of Indonesia with its provisions as follows:

Section 5
Member Rights and Oblig;

(3) Extraordinary members have the following rights and obligations:

Member Stop
Members are dismissed from their membership due to:

Article 7
Warning Actions Before The Stop

Stop Procedure

Article 9
Self-defense Of The Stop-up.

Supporting Board
