THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE BUILDING OF THE BANGKA ISLANDS PROVINCE BELITUNG
WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY
GOVERNOR OF BANGKA BELITUNG ISLANDS,
DRAWS: A. that Susunan Organization and the Tata Settlement Service and Prasarana Province of Bangka Belitung province have been established with the Regional Regulation of Bangka Belitung Islands Number 10 Year 2002 on Susunan Organization and Tata Workforce Settlement Services and Prasarana Region of Bangka Belitung Islands;
b. That in connection with the Department of Settlement and Prasarana the nomenclature was changed to the Department of Public Works according to Presidential Decree No. 187/M of 2004, then there was a change in the Settlement Service and the Prasarana Region became the Service. Public Works;
c. that that in order to improve function and service and to the alignment and effectiveness of the coordination path between the center and the area, it needs to form the Susunan Organization and the Working System as well as the Technical Managing Unit Service (UPTD) on the Public Works Service of Bangka Belitung Islands;
d. that based on considerations in the letters a, b and c, need to be formed Susunan Organization and the Public Works Service of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province are set up and set with the Regional Regulations;

SET: REGIONAL REGULATION OF THE BANGKA BELITUNG PROVINCE ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION ' S ARRANGEMENT AND THE WORK OF WORK OF THE PUBLIC WORKS OF THE PROVINCE OF BANGKA BELITUNG PROVINCE.
BAB I
provisions of UMUM
Article 1
In this Region Regulation referred to:
1. The area is the Bangka Belitung Islands Province.
2. The Regional Government is the Governor and other Autonomous Region Devices as the Regional Executive Board of the Bangka Belitung Province.
3. The Provincial Government is the Provincial Government of the Bangka Belitung Islands.
4. The governor is the governor of the Bangka Belitung Islands.

5. The Deputy Governor is the Deputy Governor of the Bangka Belitung Islands.
6. The Regional Secretary is the Regional Secretary of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province.
7. The Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) is the Regional Legislative Council of the Bangka Belitung province.
8. Service is the Public Works Service of the Bangka Belitung Islands.
9. The Head of the Service is the Head of the Public Works Service of the Bangka Belitung Islands.
10. The next Technical Managing Unit of the Service called UPTD is the Operational Technical Officer of the Public Works Service of Bangka Belitung province.
11. A functional position is a position given to a civil servant with a particular skill, assignment and authority and responsibility in accordance with its function and expertise.
BAB II
POSITION, DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
First Section of the Occupation
Section 2
(1) The Public Works Service is the acting element of the Provincial Government in the field of public works.
(2) The Public Works Service is led by a Chief The service is below and is responsible to the Governor and the Deputy Governor through Area Secretary.
(3) The Technical Managing Unit of the Public Works Service is an operational technical element of service, led by a Chief Technical Officer of the Service who is below and is responsible to the Head of the Job Service General.

The Second Part of the Task
Article 3
(1) The Public Works Service has a duty to carry out
decentralization authority, deconcentration duty and master duties in the field of public works.
(2) The Technical Managing Unit of the Service has the task of carrying out a portion of the technical duties of the Public Works Service.

Function
Section 4
(1) In hosting the duties as referred to in Article 3, The Public Works Service has a function:
a. the formulation of technical policy in the field of public works;
b. granting of licensing and execution of municipal/City traffic services in the field of public works;
c. coaching the execution of tasks in the area of Provincial public employment;
d. coaching of the Service Technical Managing Unit (UPTD);
e. execution of the business planning business.
(2) In performing the tasks referred to in Section 3 of the paragraph (2) the Technical Managing Unit of the Public Works Service has a function:
a. Establish a business plan for the IBM Business Intelligence Agency (UPTD). review and analyze the operational activities of the Service Technical Operations Unit (UPTD);
c. test and implement methods and technologies;
d. carrying out technical policies in the Public Works field.

d. Water Resources Sub-Service, subsystem:

5. Copyright Section;
6. Functional Position Group.

(2) The organization of the Public Work Service Organization's organizational structure is as set forth in the Attachment and is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Region.
BAB IV provisions CLOSING
Section 6
At the time the Regional Regulation is in effect, the Regional Regulation of the Bangka Belitung Islands Number 10 Year 2002 on Susunan Organization and the Working Services of Settlement Services and Prasarana Region Province Of Bangka Belitung Archipelago (leaf Of The Province Of The Islands Of Bangka Belitung Islands Of The Year 2002 No. 12 Series D) is revoked and declared not to be valid.
Section 7
Terms of work, descriptions of tasks and things that have not been set up in this Area's Regulation as long as it is about to be further regulated with the Governor's Rules.
