With the approval of the REGIONAL HOUSE of REPRESENTATIVES Shared BANTUL Regency and the REGENT of BANTUL, decided: setting: LOCAL REGULATIONS CONCERNING the PROCEDURES of BANTUL DISTRICT NOMINATION, ELECTION, the inauguration and the DISMISSAL of the HEAD of the village. CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 In this Area Regulations is: 1. Local Governments are the Regent and the Region as organizer of local governance. 2. The Regent was Regent of Bantul. 3. Chapter V VILLAGE HEAD ELECTION MECHANISM Is Considered Part Of The Designation Of Candidates Are Eligible To Be Selected.
