THE NATIONAL COMMITTEE OF THE WORLD MARINE CONFERENCE
(WORLD OCEAN CONFERENCE) 2009
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT REPUBUK INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that in order to exercise the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea which has been passed with Act No. 17 of 1985, the Indonesian Government intends to host the World Oceanic Conference (World Ocean Conference) 2009;
., b. that in connection with this, the Government of indonesia has the responsibility of hosting the World Ocean Conference (World Ocean Conference) 2009 which will be held in Manado, North Sulawesi Province, in May 2009;
., c. that for that is seen to be the need to form the National Committee of the World Ocean Conference (World Ocean Conference) in 2009;
.,, Given: Article 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945;
DECIDED:
.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE NATIONAL COMMITTEE HOSTING THE WORLD MARINE CONFERENCE (WORLD OCEAN CONFERENCE) IN 2009.
Section 1
.,, (1) created the National Committee of the World Ocean Conference in 2009, which was subsequently called the WOC ' 09 National Committee on the Presidential Committee.
(2) The WOC ' 09 National Committee is based in the State Capital of the Republic of Indonesia.
Section 2
(1) The WOC National Committee ' 09 has a duty:

., a., a. prepare and carry out the 2009 World Ocean Conference (World Ocean Conference) activities which will be held in Manado Province of North Sulawesi in May 2009.
., b. "Set up and set up a plan for the budget of activities referred to as a".
.,, (2) In carrying out its duties, the WOC ' 09 National Committee is responsible to the President.
Section 3
In performing the duties as referred to in Article 2, the WOC ' 09 National Committee may include, cooperate, and/or coordinate with the various Government Instances and other parties deemed necessary.
Section 4
The membership arrangement of WOC ' 09 National Panitia is as follows:
a. Speaker: Minister of Oceans and Fisheries;
B. Deputy Chairman: Governor of North Sulawesi;
., c. Secretary: Head of the Marine and Fisheries Research Agency, Department of Marine and Fisheries;
D. Substance Fields:
.,, Chairman: Director General of Marine, Coastal, and Small Islands, Department of Marine and Fisheries;
Deputy Chairman: Director General of Law and International Covenant, Department of Foreign Affairs;
e. Event fields and trial:
.,, Chairman: Director General of Multilateral, Department of Foreign Affairs;
Deputy Chairman: Director General of processing and Marketing Results of Fisheries, Department of Marine and Fisheries;
f. Media and Humas fields:
.,, Chairman: Secretary General of the Department of Culture and Tourism;
Deputy Chairman: Director General of Information, Public Diplomacy and Intemational Agreement, Department of Foreign Affairs;
G. Security Field:

Vice Chairman: Director of Polair, State Police of the Republic of Indonesia;

.,, (1) In carrying out its duties, the National Committee of WOC ' 09 paid attention to the directive of the Committee on the Directives consisting of:

C. The Coordinating Minister for the People's Welfare;

.,, (2) The directives referred to in paragraph (1) in charge of giving direction to the WOC ' 09 National Committee.
.,, (3) The Coordinating Minister for the People ' s Welfare Field acted as the coordinator of the Guided Committee.
Section 6
.,, (1) To assist in the implementation of the WOC '09 National Panitia task, the Chairman of the WOC' 09 National Committee could form the Organizing Committee.
.,, (2) Susunan of the organization and membership of the Organizing Committee as referred to in paragraph (1) is set by the Chairperson of the National Committee of WOC ' 09.
Section 7
Any financing required for the implementation of the WOC ' 09 National Committee for preparatory activities and the events of World Ocean Conference (World Ocean Conference) 2009 was charged with the Revenue and Shopping Budget. The State Department of Marine and Fisheries of 2007, 2008, 2009, as well as funds from other non-binding parties whose implementation was performed in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 8
.,, (1) The Chairman of the National Committee of WOC '09 delivered a report of responsibility for the conduct of the WOC' 09 National Committee to the President.
.,, (2) The account of the responsibility of execution of the task as referred to in paragraph (1) was held at the slowest date of 31 December 2009.
Section 9
The further provisions necessary for the implementation of this Presidential Decree are set by the National Committee Speaker WOC ' 09.
Section 10
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
