.,, weighed: that by the presence of improvements in the principal salary of the Indonesian National Army in effect from 1 January 2007 as referred to in Government Regulation No. 11 of 2007 on the Third Change of Regulation Government Regulation No. 28 of 2001 on the Regulation of Gaji Soldiers of the Indonesian National Army, it needs to establish Government Regulation on Retirement of Full-time Principal, Warakawuri or Duda, Allowance Orphan and/or Piatu and an improvement of the Old Man's Soldiers Indonesian National Army;

DECIDED:
.,, SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS ON THE DESIGNATION OF RETIRED PRINCIPAL PENSION, WARAKAWURI OR DUDA, ORPHAN CHILD SUPPORT AND/OR ORPHAN AND THE ALLOWANCE OF THE PARENTS OF INDONESIAN NATIONAL ARMY SOLDIERS.
Section 1
Starting on January 1, 2007, the retirement of Purnawirawan, Warakawuri or Duda, Allowance Orphan and/or Piatu and Timprove the Parents of the Indonesian National Armed Forces are assigned as referred to in Appendix I, Annex II, Appendix III and Annex IV of this Government Regulation.
Section 2
For Full-time Pensis who receive retirement due to a fixed defect is granted a disability allowance in accordance with the laws.
Section 3
.,, (1) For Warakawuri or Duda Pension recipients, orphans and/or Piatu allowances, of the Indonesian National Armed Forces Soldiers who were killed/killed/died and the parental benefits of the Indonesian National Army Soldiers who were killed in the United States. Died/died in and due to service prior to July 1, 2001, after the Retirement of the Pokok/Her allowance was adjusted according to the Regulation of the Government as it turns out:

., b. Earning a yield of less than 15% (fifteen percent) of income, to him was given an additional income so that his income increase to be 15% (fifteen percent).
.,, (2) Income as referred to in paragraph (1) is the income received in December 2006 excluding food allowances.
., (3) In the event of a family mutation since January 2007, the income as referred to in verse (1) is paid by taking into account the income change according to the family mutation.
Section 4
.,, (1) Full-payment of Purnawirawan, Warakawuri or Duda, Orphans Allowance and/or Piatu and Benefits of the Old Man Soldiers of the Indonesian National Army who were killed/tewas/died in and due to service, given the start of the January 1, 2007.
.,, (2) Since the start of the Pokok Retirement/Improvement Assignment as referred to in this Government Regulation, to Purnawirawan, Warakawuri or Duda, the beneficiaries of the Children of Yatim and/or Piatu and the improvement of the Old Man Soldiers National Indonesia, given the income difference received under the previous applicable laws with the income received under this Government Regulation.
Section 5
The underlying pension adjustment as referred to in Article 1, is set with the Decree of the Indonesian National Army Commander as the basis of the pension payment.
Section 6
In addition to the principal pension/principal allowance, to the Purnawirawan Retirement recipients, Warakawuri or Duda, the Child Orphans Allowance and/or Piatu, the Parental Allowance and the disabled recipient of the Indonesian National Armed Forces Soldiers are given family benefits and food allowances in accordance with the laws.
Section 7
Further provisions are required for the implementation of this Government Regulation established by the Minister of Defence and/or the Finance Minister both jointly and individually according to the respective fields of duty.
Section 8
At the time this Government Regulation comes into effect, the Government Regulation No. 14 Year 2006 on Establishing Retirement of the Full-time Principal, the Warakawuri or the Duda, the Child orphan/Orphan benefits, the orphaned child and the Allowance Of The Parents of the Private The Indonesian National Army, revoked and declared do not apply.
Section 9
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
