THE POLICY OF PERBERASAN
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
DRAWS: a. that in order to increase the income of farmers,
increased food security, economic development
rural, and national economic stability is seen as necessary
to establish a national perberation policy;
b. that as a result of the economic development

per kilogram in the Bulog warehouse;
3. Rice purchase price in the country with quality
maximum water content of 14% and maximum broken grains
20% is Rp 4000 (four thousand rupiah) per kilogram at
Bulog warehouse.

2. Government Rice Reserve Management is done by
Perum Bulog;

be done by the Government Agency or Business Agency in
the food field.
ELEVENTH: 1. Establish export policy and import rice in
order to keep the interests of farmers and consumers;
2. Imports of rice as referred to in figure 1, may
be done if the availability of domestic rice is not
sufficient, for the benefit of fulfilling the Reserve
Government Beras, and/or to maintain stability
the price in country.
TWELFTH: Establits the supporting policy necessary for
the effectiveness of the implementation of this perberasan policy.
THIRTEENTH: The Minister of Economic Co-ordination implemented
coordination in planning, execution, and evaluation
performance of the implementation of this perfidled policy.
FOURTEENTH: All provisions on pricing of purchase prices
The interior grain and rice by the Government that had
existed before the release of this President's Instruction
stated that it did not apply.
