DECIDED:
.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE BENEFITS OF ENGINEERED FUNCTIONAL POSITIONS AND RESEARCH TECHNICIANS AND ADHESIVES.
Section 1
In this Presidential Regulation referred to:
., 1. Engineering and Functional Functional Positions, which are further referred to as the Functional Office allowance, is a functional office allowance provided to a Civil Service employee who is appointed and fully commissioned in a Functional Engineering Function. in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
., 2. The Functional and Functional Organizational Allowance of Research and Recruitment, which is further referred to as the Research Technician and Organizational Improvement is the functional office allowance given to the civil servant who is appointed and assigned to the Employee of the Employee of the Service. Fully in the Functional Office of Research and Recruitment in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 2
To Civil Servants who are appointed and fully commissioned in the Functional Office of Engineering and Research and Engineering, provided with the Engineering and Research Technicians and Engineering Technicians each month.

Section 3
The magnitude of the Engineering and Research Engineer allowance and Satisfaction as referred to in Article 2 is as set forth in Annex I and Annex II of this President's Regulation.
Section 4
.,, (1) Engineered Improvements and Engineering Research and Recruitment as referred to in Article 3, given counting from 1 January 2007.
.,, (2) Since the start date of the allowance as referred to in paragraph (1), for Civil Servants who have received the Organizational Civil Service and Research Technicians based on the Presidential Regulation Number 25 of 2006 on Engineering and Research Technicians of Functional Functional and Research Technicians, to him are only given the difference in the greater lack of the Engineering and Research Technicians and Engineering Technicians.
Section 5
Engineering and Research Technicians are suspended in accordance with the terms of the IBM International Program license terms and terms. Allowance is terminated in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 6
Further provisions are required for the implementation of this Presidential Regulation, governed by the Minister of Finance and/or the Head of the State Governing Body, both jointly and individually according to the field of their respective duties.
Section 7
With the enactment of the Presidential Regulation, the Presidential Regulation No. 25 of 2006 on the Functional Office Allowance and Engineering Research and Engineering Technician, revoked and declared does not apply.
Section 8
This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
