DECIDED:
.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON ARSIPARIS FUNCTIONAL OFFICE BENEFITS.
Section 1
In this Presidential Regulation, the Functional Office Allowance Arsiparis, which is subsequently referred to as Arsiparis Allowance is a functional office allowance given to a civil servant who is appointed and assigned to the Minister of State. In full within the Functional Office of Arsiparis in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 2
To the civil servants appointed and fully commissioned in the Functional Office of Arsiparis, it is granted an Arsiparis allowance every month.
Section 3
The magnitude of the Arsiparis allowance as referred to in Article 2 is as set forth in the Annex of this Presidential Regulation.
Section 4
.,, (1) Arsiparis ' s allowance, as referred to in Article 3, was given count starting on 1 January 2007.

Section 5

Section 6
Further provisions are required for the implementation of this Presidential Regulation, governed o] uh, the Minister of Finance and/or the Head of the State Governing Body, both jointly and individually according to the respective fields of duty.
Section 7
By the enactment of this Presidential Regulation, the provisions governing the Functional Office Allowance Arsiparis as referred to in Presidential Regulation No. 40 of 2006 on the Functional Office Allowance Arsiparis and Librarian, revoked and declared not valid.
Section 8
This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
