Article 35

BAB XI

Coast Community Rights

The Occupation and Pokok Task

Section 55 (1) The Managed Organization is a non-structural institution that located below and

is responsible to the Governor. (2) The Managed Organization (s) as referred to in paragraph (1) has a principal task of assisting

the drafting and formulation of the management policies of coastal areas and small islands.

The Second Part of the Coastal Regional Managed Organization Functions and Small Island-Islands

Section 56

At the planning stage, the Managed Organization has a function: a. Coordinating the planning and utilization of coastal resource space; b. Facilitating the role of society in the formulation of policy; c. Attempted transparency of the drafting of the planning document; and d. Facilitate the implementation of disaster mitigation in coastal areas and small islands.

Article 57

At the implementation stage of the Managed Managed Organization has a function for: a. Utilization of coastal water resources and small islands includes activities for the purpose of venture

stakeholders. Section 58 (1) The membership of the Managed Organization (s) as referred to in section 55 is composed effort, college, community self-service and religious/community figures in a proportionate number of principles of representation;

(2) The Managed Organization consists of the Chair of the members, the Deputy Chairman and the Member, and the Members of the Organization ("The Governing Body"). Secretary and Member and Member;

Article 60

BAB XVIII

LARALs

Article 64 In the utilization of coastal areas and small islands, each person and/or the legal entity are prohibited directly or indirectly for: a. Adding to the reef; b. Taking a coral reef in a conservation area; c. Using explosives, toxic materials and/or other materials that can damage the ecosystem

coral reefs; d. Using tools, ways and other methods that damage the coral reef ecosystem; e. It uses methods and methods that impair the mangrove ecosystem that are not compatible with

the carecteristic coastal region and the Small Islands-Island; f. Perform the conversion of mangrove ecosystems in areas or cultivation zones that are not

Article 65

in paragraph (1) is not reached, the parties may travel to a settlement by either Arbitration or Court.

Section 66

f. Requesting expert power assistance in order to carry out criminal investigation duties in the area of coastal area management and small islands;

g. Make a stop and/or prohibit a person from leaving the room or place at the time of examination ongoing and checking the identity of the person and/or the document being carried out as referred to in the letter e;

ADMINISTRATIVE SANCTION

Article 67

Section 68

(1) In terms of the Coastal Region Management program and the Small Islands is not implemented in accordance with the planning document, the Local Government may cease and/or withdraw the incentives that have been provided to the Government of Kab ./Kota, Employers, and Society.

(2) The Local Government, Employers, and the Society are obligated to correct inconsisverse between the management program and the planning document as referred to in paragraph (1).

BAB XXII

CRIMINAL provisions

Section 69

(1) The management activities of coastal areas and small islands or other activities that result directly or indirectly against environmental planning and the damage to the ecosystem as referred to in Article 64 is threatened by criminal in accordance with the applicable law-invitation rules.

BAB XXIII provisions TRANSITION

Article 70

At the expiration of the Regulation This area all regulations governing the management of coastal areas and and small islands remain in effect as long as it does not conflict with the Regulation of this Area.
