., SETTING: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE EXTENSION OF THE PENSION AGE LIMIT FOR CIVIL SERVANTS OCCUPYING THE FUNCTIONAL OFFICE OF EARTH INVESTIGATORS.
Section 1
Civil servants who occupied the functional office of Earth Investigators in the Main Earth Investigator and Madya Earth Investigator, the retirement age limit is extended to 60 (sixty) years.
Section 2
Civil servants who occupy the functional office of Earth Investigators other than those specified as referred to in Article 1, the limit of their retirement age, apply the terms of the pension age limit for civil servants in general according to the terms of the term of the country's pension. Laws.
Section 3
