PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

That to further optimize the access to the Anti-Retroviral Drug, which is still protected by the Patent as an attempt to meet the needs of the people as an urgent need to countermeasure the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Indonesia, it is necessary to add the Anti-Drug Medicine.
