THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA CAPITAL
INTO THE COMPANY ' S SHARE CAPITAL PERSEROAN (PERSERO)
PT PLANTATION NUSANTARA XIV
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that to increase the capacity of the business and to strengthen the structure of the Perseroan Company (Persero) PT Perplantations Nusantara XIV, it is necessary to increase the inclusion of capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (Persero) PT PerPlantation Nusantara XIV derived from the State Budget and Shopping Budget Year 2007;
., b. that under the terms of Article 4 paragraph (4) of the Law No. 19 of 2003 on the State Property Agency and Article 41 of the paragraph (4) of the Number 1 Year Act 2004 on the State Treasury, the inclusion of the state capital needs to be established with the Government Regulation;
., c. that based on consideration as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to establish the Government Regulation on Adding The Inclusion Of Capital Of The Republic Of Indonesia into the Modal Stock Company of Perseroan (Persero) PT Perplantations Nusantara XIV;

DECIDED:
.,, Setting: A GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF CAPITAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA INTO THE STOCK CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY PERSEROAN (PERSERO) PT PLANTATIONS NUSANTARA XIV.
Section 1
The State of the Republic of Indonesia did the addition of a capital inclusion in the stock capital of Perseroan Company (Persero) PT Perplantations Nusantara XIV which was established under Government Regulation No. 19 of 1996 on the Dissolution of the Company of Perseroan (Persero) PT Plantation XXVIII, Company Perseroan (Persero) PT Plantation XXXII, and Perseroan Company (Persero) PT Bina Mulya Ternak Become Perseroan Company (Persero) PT Perplantations Nusantara XIV.
Section 2
.,, (1) The addition of the inclusion of the state capital as referred to in Article 1 comes from the State Budget and Budget Year 2007 Budget.
.,, (2) The value of the country ' s capital inclusion as referred to in paragraph (1) of Rp100.000.000.00 (one hundred billion rupiah).
Section 3
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
