PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. That the civil servants who were appointed and assigned to the Department of the Upper Function in the Act No. 1 Year i974 about Marriage are referred to as the Marriage Clerk, need to be granted a functional office allowance. which is appropriate to the workload and responsibility of its work;
., b. that in respect of such matters in the letter a and in order to improve the welfare and productivity of the civil servants in question, it is seen that it is necessary to regulate the Functional Office Allowance with the President's Regulation;

DECIDED:
.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE ALLOWANCE OF THE UPSTREAM FUNCTIONAL OFFICE.
Section 1
In this Presidential Regulation referred to:
., 1. Penghulu is the Marital Employee as referred to in Law No. 1 of 1974 on Marriage.
., 2. Upstream Functional Office Allowance, which is further referred to as the Upstream Improvement is a functional office allowance given to a Civil Service employee who is appointed and assigned in full in the Functional Office of the upstream, in accordance with the IBM International Business Organization ("IBM"), as applicable. with the provisions of the laws.
Section 2
To civil servants who are appointed and assigned in full in the Functional Functional Office, it is granted the Penghulu allowance every month.
Section 3
.,, (1) The Besstep of the upstream allowance, as referred to in Article 2 is as set forth in this Presidential Regulation Attachment.
.,, (2) The improvement of Penghulu as referred to in paragraph (1), charged with starting on January 1, 2007.
Section 4
The delivery of the Cloud Service is terminated in accordance with the terms of the IBM International Civil Service ("IBM International"). the provisions of the laws.
Section 5
Further provisions are required for the implementation of this Presidential Regulation, governed by the Minister of Finance and/or the Head of the State Kcpcgawaian Agency, either jointly and individually according to the field of duty of mass-masmg.
Section 6
This President ' s rule is starting to apply to the tang gal set.
