The Regional Representatives are Representatives of the regional province of Riau Islands. 6. The head of the Region was the Governor of Riau Islands. 7. The device Region is the regional head of the helper element in implementing local governance consisting of the Regional Secretariat, the Secretariat of the PARLIAMENT, the Regional Office and the Regional Technical Agencies. 8.
