MINISTER FOR LAW AND HUMAN RIGHTS REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,,, weighed: that to implement the provisions of Article 59 paragraph 3 of the Government Regulation No. 2 Year 2007 on the Tata Way of Strengthening, Loss, Cancellation And The Return Of Indonesian Citizenship, need to establish Regulation Minister of Law and Human Rights on the Tata Way of Registration, Pencatatan, and the Giving of the Immigration Facility as a dual citizen of Indonesia;

DECIDED:
.,, SET: REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF LAW AND HUMAN RIGHTS ON THE MANNER OF REGISTRATION, LOGGING, AND GRANTING OF IMMIGRATION FACILITIES AS INDONESIAN CITIZENS OF DUAL CITIZENSHIP.
BAB I
UMUM PROVISIONS
Section 1
In Regulation of the Minister this is referred to:
., 1. A child is a limited dual-citizenship child who is not yet 18 years old or unmarried as referred to in Article 4 of the letter c, d, letter h, and letter l as well as in Article 5 of the Law No. 12 of 2006 on Citizenship Republic of Indonesia.
., 2. Registration is the reporting of the status of the child by the parent/guardian to the Immigration Office or Representative of the Republic of Indonesia.
., 3. The Official Registration Officer is an Immigration Officer appointed by the Chief of the Immigration Office or the Immigration Officer or State Foreign Service Officer appointed by the Chief Representative of the Republic of Indonesia.
4. Day is a work day.
BAB II
SET THE REGISTRATION WAY
Section 2
(1) Any child can obtain an immigration facility.
.,, (2) To acquire the immigration facility as referred to in paragraph (1), the parents/guardian is required to register.
.,, (3) If the registration is carried out in the State of the Republic of Indonesia then the registration is submitted to the Immigration Office whose area of work includes child residence.
.,, (4) If the registration is done outside the State of the Republic of Indonesia then the registration is submitted to the Representative Office of the Republic of Indonesia whose work area includes the child residence.
Section 3
.,, (1) The registration as referred to in Section 2 is submitted in writing in the Indonesian Language of at least:
., a., a. child ' s full name;
B. places /date of birth;
c. gender;
D. address;
e. passport number;
f. old man ' s name;
G. the citizenship of the parents (Father and Mother); and
h. Parents ' marriage status.
(2) Registration as referred to in paragraph (1) must be lamped with:

., a., a. photocopy of the Birth Certificate of the Child attested in accordance with the original by the Official Registration Officer;
., b. photocopy Akte PerMarriage/Book Nikah or Akte The Divorce of the Child ' s Parents attested in accordance with the original by the Registry of Registration Recipients;
., c. photocopies of the child foreign passport as evidenced in accordance with the original by the Registration Recipient Officials; and
., d. The latest in color and color is 4 cm by 6 cm (4 in) of sheets.
Section 4
.,, (1) Registration Recipients examine the correctness of charging and the completeness of the registration as referred to in Article 3.
.,, (2) The examination as referred to in paragraph (1) is performed the longest of 3 (three) days from the date of the receipt of the registration.
.,, (3) In terms of registration has been declared complete, the Official Registration Officer completed the registration and submitted it back within 4 (four) days to the applicant or the parent/guardian of the child applying for registration.
.,, (4) In the event of registration as referred to in paragraph (1) not complete, the Registration Officer returned the registration file to the parent/guardian of the child who submitted the registration in the longest time 5 (five) days of the time since Registration date is accepted.
.,, (5) the delivery of application applications as referred to in Section 3 and the return of the registration application as referred to in paragraph (4) using form forms as set forth in Appendix I and Appendix II of the Regulation of Ministers Here.
BAB III
SET-WAY LAYOUT
Section 5
.,, (1) The Official Registration Officer after receiving the registration records in register book with the Service Identity Code, Service Unit Code, Service Number of Service, Service Year Code.
.,, (2) The layout of the logbook in the register book as referred to in paragraph (1) as set forth in the Appendix III of the Regulation of this Minister.
Section 6
.,, (1) Recipient Registration Officials shall stamp on the enactment page/endorsement of the Republic of Indonesia passport in case the child has a passport of the Republic of Indonesia.
.,, (2) The Registration Recipient provides the caption for obtaining an immigration facility in case the child has a foreign passport.
(3) The maturity as referred to in verse (2) is given in an affidavit.
.,, (4) the form and size of the cap on the paragraph (1) as set forth in the Appendix IV of the Regulation of this Minister.
.,, (5) The form of the affidavit affidavit as referred to in paragraph (3) as set forth in the Appendix V of this Minister ' s Regulation.
BAB IV
IMMIGRATION FACILITY
Section 7
.,, (1) The child who only holds a foreign passport at the time of entry and is in the territory of the State of the Republic of Indonesia is exempt from the obligation of having a visa, immigration clearance, and reentry permit.
., (2) A child who only holds a foreign passport as referred to in verse (1) who travels in or out of the State of the Republic of Indonesia, on his passport is received a Rejected Mark/Sign by the Officer of lmigration or Officer Landing examiners at the Immigration Examination.
Section 8
.,, (1) The child of the passport holder of the Republic of Indonesia and a Foreign passport is required to use one same passport at the time of entry and/or outside the State of the Republic of Indonesia.
., (2) The child as referred to in paragraph (1) who chooses to use a foreign passport at the time of entry and/or outside the State of the Republic of Indonesia then the Immigration Officer or the Landing Examiner at the Immigration Examination will be stamped that the subject matter of Article 4 of the letter c, the letter d, the letter h, letter 1 and Section 5 of the Act on his AID Card (Arrival Departure Card).
.,, (3) the form and size of the cap as referred to in paragraph (2) as set forth in Appendix VI of this Minister Regulation.
Section 9
.,, (1) A child who has not yet determined the choice of citizenship and has not been aged 21 (twenty-one) years can be granted a passport of the Republic of Indonesia.
(2) The term of the passport of the Republic of Indonesia as referred to in paragraph (1) is limited only to the child in question aged 21 (twenty-one) years.

Section 10
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply at the set date.
