The DECISION of the GOVERNOR of IRIAN JAYA BARAT PROVINCE of WEST PAPUA REGION REGULATION No. 1 of 2008 T E N T A N G BUDGET INCOME and EXPENDITURE AREA BUDGET YEAR 2008 with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the GOVERNOR of West PAPUA, Considering: a. that to fulfill the provisions of article 185 paragraph (4) – number 32 year 2004 about local governance as amended by Law – Law No. 8 of 2005 about the determination of the Government Regulation Substitute Legislation – Act No. 3 of 2005 about the changes Law – Law Number 32 of 2004 concerning regional governments into law – law, Regional House of representatives (DPRD) along the Governor has perfected the Draft local regulations about the budget of income and Expenditure area (NATIONAL) fiscal year 2008 in accordance with the decision of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 903-589 in 2007 on the evaluation of the draft regulations of the province of West Papua Region of Budget income and Expenditure Area Budget Year 2008 and draft Regulations of the Governor of West Papua on the elaboration of the budget income and Expenditure Area Budget Year 2008;

2 b. that consummation as referred to in letter a, done so that local regulations about NATIONAL fiscal year 2008 are not contrary to the public interest and higher legislation; c. that based on considerations as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to set local regulations regarding Budget revenues and Shopping Area of West Papua Province fiscal year 2008; Remember: 1.
