DRAWS: A. that to comply with the provisions of Section 185 (4) Invite-invite Number 32 Year 2004 on Local Government
as amended by Invite-invite Number 8 Year 2005 on Replacement Government Regulation
Invite -invite Number 3 Year 2005 on Change of Invite-invite No. 32 of 2004 on Local Government
to Invite-invite, the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) with the Governor has perfected the Draft
Regional Regulation about the Regional Revenue and Shopping Budget (APBD) of the Budget Year 2008 corresponds to Decision
Minister of the Interior Number 903-588 of 2007 on Evaluation of the Design of the Regional Regulation of the Province of West Papua about
Regional Revenue and Shopping Budget Year 2008 and the Draft Law of the Governor of West Papua about
Revenue Budget and Regional Shopping Year 2008 Budget;

b. that the consummation as referred to in the letter a, is done in order for the Regional Regulation on the Budget Year APBD
2008 does not conflict with the general interest and higher laws;
c. that based on consideration as in letter a and letter b, need to establish the Regional Regulation on
