BAB II
PURPOSES OF REGIONAL CAPITAL INCLUSION
Article 2
(1) The regional capital dispute to PT Bank Development of Java
West and Banten aims to:
A. investment, sustainably without any intention to be sold or
not retracted;
b. be the owner of the stock that includes the policy-direction determinate group
PT Bank Development of West Java and Banten;
c. pushed the rate of regional economic growth;
d. contribute to the original revenue of the area (PAD).
(2) The inclusion of regional capital as referred to in paragraph (1) is
a share purchase.
BAB III
MAGNITUDE AND SOURCE FOR THE INCLUSION OF THE REGIONAL CAPITAL
Article 3
(1) The AMOUNT OF CAPITAL. The inclusion of the regional capital to PT Bank Development Area
West Java and Banten as referred to in Section 2, set
with the following description:
a. Up to the 2007 budget year of Rp 13,895,492.110.00
(thirteen billion eight hundred million four hundred
ninety-two thousand hundred and ten rupiah);

rupiah);
c. for the 2009 budget year of Rp 7,500.000.00 (seven billion
five hundred million rupiah).
(2) The inclusion of regional capital as referred to in paragraph (1) is sourced
from Depok City APBD.
(3) The investment gain/deviden as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph
(2) be the acceptance of Depok City area and is the component
area revenue.
Article 4
(1) The regional capital inclusion as referred to in Article 3 is broadcast
in the Depok City Regional Revenue and Shopping Budget.
(2) Execution regional capital inclusion in the APBD as intended
in paragraph (1), it is budgeed in spending on financing on the type
Capital inclusion (investment) Local Government.
