MAYOR OF BANDUNG,
DRAWS: A. that the Budget and Regional Shopping Year 2007 Budget was established with the Bandung City Regional Regulation No. 01 of 2007 as amended with the Bandung City Regional Regulation No. 07 of 2007;
b. that under the provisions of Section 184 of the paragraph (1) of the Law No. 32 of the Year 2004 on the Local Government, which mandates the Head of the Region to deliver the Responsibilities of the Revenue Budget and Regional Shopping to the Chamber of Deputies. The people of the Regions are financial statements vetted by the Financial Examiner Agency, at least six (six) months after the budget year ended;
c. that based on considerations as referred to in letter b, need to form a Bandung City Regional Regulation on Budgeting Execution Regional Revenue and Regional Shopping Year 2007;
