CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 in regulation of this area is meant by: 1. The area is Garut. 2. Local Government is the Regent and the region as organizer of local governance. 3. PK as investment of local government, so that it has a high competitiveness; b. fulfilment of paid-in capital stock ownership composition accordingly; c. the development of financial services/banking for businesses earning Credit Micro small and medium enterprises (UMKM), especially in rural areas; and d. contribute to the income of the original area. CHAPTER III INVESTMENT CAPITAL article 3 (1) the inclusion of capital region on PD. BPR, BPR, and LPK. PD PD. PK based on authorized capital in accordance with the proportion of share ownership entirely Rp 15,700,000,000.0.-(fifteen billion seven hundred million rupiah). (2) the inclusion of Government capital in the area referred to in subsection (1) until 31 December 2007 has been the increase of Rp. 5,769,863,322.86 (five billion seven hundred and sixty nine million eight hundred sixty-three thousand three hundred twenty-two dollars eighty six cents). (3) remaining liabilities paid-in capital of local Government on PD. BPR, BPR, LPK.
