IN THE CITY OF CIREBON

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

MAYOR CIREBON,

Draws: a. that based on Regional Regulation No. 8 Year 2001 has governed Parkir provisions on the Road Agency in the City of Cirebon;

b. that to improve the service

to the community of the provision of the means of parking the vehicle by using parts of the road, required means and adequate infrastructure, so that it needs to adjust the rate of the rate. The parking levy on the body of the road is poured in the Regional Regulations by changing the Regional Regulation No. 8 of 2001;

AND THE MAYOR OF CIREBON

DECIDED:

Establishing: LOCAL REGULATIONS ON THE CHANGE OVER REGIONAL REGULATION OF THE NUMBER 8 YEAR 2001 ABOUT PARKING ON THE STREET BODY IN CIREBON CITY.

Article I

Some provisions in Regional Regulation Number 8 of 2001 on Parking at the Road Agency in the City of Cirebon (Cirebon City Area of 2001) Number 25, The Addition Of The Cirebon City Area Sheet Number 7) was changed as follows: 1. Article 1 Number 4 and 5 are changed so that Article 1

number 4 and number 5 reads as follows:

Article 1

3. The provisions of Article 11 are amended so that Article 11 reads

as follows:

Article 11

(1) The levy of retribution is set as follows:

1. Motorbike ... Rp. 500 each time parking.

2. Passenger cars ... Rs. 1,000 each time parking. (sedan, jeep, van and the like)

3. Little Bok. Rp. 2,000 each time parking.

4. Tractor Head. Rp. 2,000 each time parking.

5. The Bus Is On ... Rs. 3,000 every time it's parked. (Elf, Kopayu and the like) 6. Big Bus Car ........ Rs. 10,000 each time parking. (Tourism Bus and the like) 7. Car freight (truck) Engkel (Bak/Bok). .... Rs. 3,000 every time it's parked. 8. Double Car (truck) Double (Bak/Bok) Rp. 4,000 each time parking.

4. The provisions of Article 16 paragraph (1) are amended so that Article 16 of the paragraph (1) reads as follows:
