I. UMUM

.,, North Sumatra Province which has an area of ± 72,981.23 km² with residents in 2007 amounted to ± 13,319,525 inhabitants comprising 21 (twenty-one) counties and 7 (seven) cities, it needs to spur an increase in governance in the To maintain the Republic of the Republic of Indonesia.
