DEFENSE MINISTER REGULATION

COACHING PLANNING AND DETERMINATION OF THE COUNTRY ' S DEFENSE MATERIEL NEEDS IN THE DEPARTMENT ENVIRONMENT

DEFENCE AND NATIONAL ARMY OF INDONESIA

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY DEFENSE MINISTER,

Draw: that to carry out the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Defense Number: PER/18/M/X/2007 dated October 29, 2007 on behalf of the State Defense Materiel Coaching in the environment of the Indonesian Department of Defense and the Indonesian National Army, needs to establish the Defense Minister's Regulation on Planning and Determination Needs of State Defense materiel in the environment of the Indonesian Department of Defense and National Army;

COACHING PLANNING AND DETERMINATION OF THE COUNTRY ' S DEFENSE MATERIEL NEEDS IN THE ENVIRONMENT OF THE INDONESIAN DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE AND ARMY.

CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISION OF

Part A Sense Of Understanding

Article 1 In This Ministerial Regulation is intended with: 1. Coaching is all business, activities and jobs that

4. Planning Development and a determination of a material need is any effort, activities and work related to the determination of type, amount and material technical requirements required to supplement and support the execution of organizational tasks In a given period of time.

5. State defense materiel is all materiel already owned and used both Dephan and TNI and other materiel that are not directly used but in emergencies with or without modification can be deployed in order to support the defense of the state.

6. The ultimate weapon system (Alut) is any material that is the primary instrument of the weapon system and its equipment used to supplement the main components of the main component of the state's defense.

The intent, Purpose, and Scope of Section 2

CHAPTER III OF THE PATTERN

b. to populate the organization's needs and tasks as TOP/DSPP/DSP;

c. to replace the deleted material or other causes accounted for; and

d. to keep the inventory levels up. Fourth Part

The Planning Mechanism and Determination of the Need of Article 14

2. The underlying policy of national resources in the field of planning and the determination of the material needs; and

3. Mentoring and licensing policies in the issues related to the planning of planning and the determination of a material need;

b. Mabes TNI formulated and composed: 1. Tactical policy implementation of planning coaching operations

and the determination of the material needs; 2. Tactical policy of planning coaching and the determination of needs

TNI materials which are common used items (common used items), along with the implementation guide; and

3. The tactical policy of planning and the determination of the material needs to be used with the TNI and its implementation guide;

c. Mabes Force formulated and composed: 1. Technical policy of planning coaching and

determination of the Force's materiel needs along with the implementation guide and technical instructions; and

Article 17 of the Order of the authority and responsibility on the planning aspect as referred to in Section 15 of the letter b, set up as follows:

b. Mabes TNI composing: 1. determination of the planning and determination of the objectives of the planning and determination objectives

CHAPTER V PROVISIONS COVER

Section 20 At the time of this Minister's Regulation is in effect, all implementation rules related to the Planning Coaching and Determination Needs in the environment of the Ministry of Defence and the Indonesian National Armed Forces (Indonesian). declared to remain in effect throughout the non-conflicting and/or unreplaced basis The Rules of the Minister.
