ENACTMENT GENERAL REGULATIONS OF THE UNIVERSAL POSTAL UNION
(THE WORLD POSTAL SOCIETY ' S GENERAL REGULATION)
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed General Regulations of the Universal Postal Union (General Regulation of the World Postal Society) in Bucharest, Romania, on October 5, 2004, as a result of the Congress Universal Postal Service Union (World Postal Society) 23rd;
., b. that based on the consideration as referred to in the letter a, need to pass such General Regulation with the Presidential Regulation;
.,, Given: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and Section 11 of the Basic Law of the State of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945;
., 2. Law No. 6 of 1984 on Post (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia in 1984 Number 28, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3276);
., 3. Law No. 24 Year 2000 on International Covenant (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2000 Number 185, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4012);
DECIDED:
.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE ATTESTATION OF GENERAL REGULATIONS OF THE UNIVERSAL POSTAL UNION (THE GENERAL REGULATION OF WORLD POSTAL UNIONS).
Section 1
Authorized the
General Regulations of the Universal Postal Union (General Regulation of the World Postal Society) which the original manuscripts in French and translated into English and Indonesian as are attached and are of the following: the inseparable part of this Presidential Regulation.
Section 2
In the event of a distinction between the translation of the General Rule in English and Indonesian with the original French text as referred to in Article 1, then the original text is in the language of the original in the language. France.
Section 3
This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
