BAB I
UMUM PROVISIONS

Section 1
In this Act referred to:

(1) The City of Gunungsitoli has the boundaries of the region:

Section 10
The first financing of the election of the Mayor and Deputy Mayor Gunungsitoli as referred to in Article 9 of the paragraph (1) is charged on the Budget and Shopping Budget of the District of Nias Regency and the Provincial Regional Revenue and Shopping Budget North Sumatra.

Section 11

.,, (9) The implementation of the transfer of personnel as well as the submission of assets and documents as referred to in paragraph (1) is reported by the Governor of North Sumatra to the Minister of the Interior.

BAB VI
REVENUE, REBALANCING FUND ALLOCATION,
GRANT, AND THE HELP OF THE FUND

Section 14
.,, (1) The City of Gunungsitoli is entitled to obtain the allocation of balancing funds in accordance with the laws.
.,, (2) In the balance funds as referred to in paragraph (1), the Government allocates special allocation funds of the government infrastructure in accordance with the laws.

Section 15
.,, (1) The Government of Nias Regency in accordance with its nod provides monetary grant to support the activities of the government of North Nias Regency by Rp5,000.000.00 (five billion rupiah) as well as for the second year adjusted to Nias regency financial capability and for the implementation of the election of the Regent and the Vice Regent of the North Nias first amounted to Rp2,500,000.00 (two billion five hundred million rupiah).

Section 16
Acting Mayor Gunungsitoli is obligated to do regional financial entrepreneurship in accordance with the laws.

BAB VII
COACHING

Section 17

Section 18
.,, (1) Before the creation of the Regional House of Representatives, the Acting Mayor Gunungsitoli compiled the Mayor ' s Regulation Design on Gunungsitoli Regional Revenue and Shopping Budget for the next budget year.
.,, (2) The draft Regulation of Mayor Gunungsitoli as referred to in paragraph (1) was exercised after it was passed by the Governor of North Sumatra.
.,, (3) The enactment and designation of the Mayor of Gunungsitoli Regulation as referred to in paragraph (2) is exercised in accordance with the laws.

Section 19
Before the Government of Gunungsitoli set the rules and regulations of the mayor as the implementation of this law, all regional regulations and the Rule of the Bupati of Nias as long as do not conflict with this law remain in force and effect. was implemented by the Gunungsitoli City Government.

BAB IX
CLOSING PROVISIONS

Section 20
At the time the Act goes into effect, all the provisions in the laws related to Gunungsitoli City must be adjusted to this Act.

Section 21
Further provisions as implementation of this Act are governed by the laws.

Section 22
This Act goes into effect on the promulgable date.

I. UMUM
