NORTH SUMATRA PROVINCE
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that to provide guidelines for the implementation of rehabilitation and reconstruction of the region and the life of the people of Aceh Province and the Nias Islands North Sumatra Province has been designated the Presidential Regulation No. 30 of 2005 on the Master Plan Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of the Region and the Life of the Community of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam and the Nias Islands of North Sumatra Province;
., b. that under the provisions of Article 2 of the Presidential Regulation No. 30 of the Year, the Mother's Plan as referred to in the letter is valid for 4 (four) years, whereas there are still rehabilitation and reconstruction activities that will take place. until the end of 2009;
., c. that after the evaluation was conducted, and by lecturing the strategic environment that influenced the policies, strategies and objectives of rehabilitation and reconstruction of the province of Aceh and the Nias Islands of North Sumatra Province, was viewed as necessary. Making changes to the Master Plan in question;
., d. that based on the consideration of the letter a, the letter b, and the letter c need to establish the Presidential Regulation on the Changes to the Presidential Regulation No. 30 Year 2005 on the Master Plan of Rehabilitation and the Reconstruction of the Region and Lives of the Community of the Province of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam and the Nias Islands of North Sumatra Province;

DECIDED:
., ESTABLISHING: THE PRESIDENT 'S REGULATION ON THE CHANGES TO THE PRESIDENT' S REGULATION NUMBER 30 OF 2005 ON THE REHABILITATION MASTER PLAN AND RECONSTRUCTION OF THE REGION AND THE LIVES OF THE PROVINCIAL PEOPLE OF NANGGROE ACEH DARUSSALAM AND THE NIAS ISLANDS OF SUMATRA PROVINCE -UTARA.
Section 1
Some provisions in Presidential Regulation No. 30 of 2005 on the Plan of Rehabilitation Master and the Reconstruction of the Region and the Life of the Community of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam and the Nias Islands of North Sumatra Province, were changed as follows:
1. Article 2 is amended, so the entirety of Article 2 reads as follows:

The Master Plan applies according to the 2004-2009 National Long Term Development Plan (RPJM) period. "
., 2. In between Section 5 and Section 6 is inserted a new section, Section 5 A, which reads as follows:

.,, (1) In terms of view of need, the Minister in charge of the National Development Planning field may make adjustments to the program objectives as set forth in Annex II A, Annex II B, Annex II C, Annex II D, and Appendix II E.
., (2) Adjustment as referred to in verse (1), specifically relating to rehabilitation and reconstruction in Aceh Province, is set upon considering the proposal as well as the results of the consultation and consideration of the Governor of Aceh. "
., 3. The policies and strategies in Annex I Chapter 4, Annex II of Chapter 2, and Annex III Chapter 4, are changed to Appendix A.
., 4. The policy and strategy in Annex IV Chapter 4, Annex V Chapter 3, Annex VI Chapter 4, Annex VII Chapter 4, Annex VIII Chapter 4, Annex IX Chapter 4 and Annex X Chapter 5, is changed to the IB Attachment.
. .5. The policies and strategies in Annex XI Chapter 1, Chapter 2, and Chapter 3 and Annex XII Chapter 1, Chapter 2, Chapter 3, Chapter 4, Chapter 5, Chapter 5, and Chapter 6, are amended to be the Annex of IC.
., 6. The target of the program in Annex II to Sub Annex 2, is changed to Annex II A number (1).
., 7. The target of the program in Annex III Chapter 5, is changed to Annex II C number (2).
., 8. The target of the program in Annex IV Chapter 5 of 5.1.4. and item 5.2.4. and the Sub-Attachment are related in the field of housing, converted to Annex II A number (2).
9. Target program in Annex IV Chapter 5 of 5.1.1., item 5.1.2., item 5.1.3., item 5.1.5., item 5.1.6., item 5.1.7., item 5.2.1., item 5.2.2., item 5.2.2., item 5.2.5., item 5.2.3., item 5.2.6., item 5.2.7., item 5.2.7, item 5.2.6., item 5.2.7. and all associated attachments in the field infrastructure, changed to Annex II B.
., 10. The objectives of the program in Annex V Chapter 4 and Chapter 6 and Sub Appendix L5, are changed to Annex II C numeral I.
., 11. The program objectives in Annex VI Chapter 5 and Table A1, Table A2, and Table A3, are changed to Annex II E figures (1).
., 12. The objectives of the program in Annex VII Chapter 5, Sub Appendix 1, and Sub Appendix 2, are changed to Appendix II D numbers (1).
., 13. The target of the program in Annex VIII Chapter 5 and all of its sub-lampes, is changed to Annex II D figures (2).
., 14. The target of the program in Annex IX Chapter 4, is changed to Annex II E figure (2).
., 15. The target of the program in Annex X Chapter 6 and Sub Appendix 2, is changed to Annex II E figure (3).
Section II
This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
