DECIDED:
.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT 'S REGULATION ON THE NINTH CHANGE TO THE PRESIDENT' S REGULATION NUMBER 10 OF 2005 ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION UNIT AND THE DUTIES OF ESELON I MINISTRY OF STATE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA.
Section 1
Some provisions in Presidential Regulation No. 10 of 2005 concerning the Unit of Organization and the Task of Eselon I Ministry of State of the Republic of Indonesia which have been several times amended by the Presidential Regulation:
a. Number 15 Year 2005;
B. Number 63 In 2005;
C. Number 80 Year 2005;
D. Number 66 Year 2006;
e. Number 91 Year 2006;
f. Number 7 Year 2007;
G. Number 17 Year 2007;
h. Number 21 of 2008, changed as follows:

., (1) The General Secretariat has the task of carrying out the coordination of the execution of tasks as well as the coaching and granting of the Department administration support.
., (2) The Directorate General of the Forestry Planes has the task of formulating and carrying out technical policies and standardization in the field of macro planning areas of forestry and forestry areas.
., (3) The Directorate General of Forest Protection and Conservation of Nature has the task of formulating and carrying out technical policies and standardization in the areas of forest protection and natural conservation.
., (4) The Directorate General of Rehabilitation Lands and Social Forestry has the task of formulating and carrying out technical policies and standardization in the areas of land rehabilitation and social forestry.
