UMUM PROVISIONS

The First Part
Understanding

Section 1
In this Presidential Regulation referred to:

Section 25
(1) The N1 zone as referred to in Article 11 of the paragraph (2) of the letter a consists of:

Monitoring activities on the utilization of space in the Jabodetabekpappointment Area are done with the provisions:

., b. Monitoring of existing mental activities in protected areas and wetlands farming areas are conducted with regard to the level of dependency on established functions;
.,, c. monitoring is carried out by the head of desa/lurah, seagate, bupati/mayor, governor, and Minister; and
., d. Monitoring is an undertaking or an act of observing, supervising, and carefully examining the changes in the quality of the spatial and environmental qualities that are not compatible with the spatial plan.

.,, (1) The evaluation activity against the utilization of space in the Jabodetabekpappointment Region is carried out by:
., a., a. village head/lurah against the report delivered by the public;
., b. camat against reports delivered by village head/lurah and/or society;
., c. bupati/mayor to report delivered by camat, village head/lurah and/or society;
., d. the governor against the reports delivered by bupati/mayor, camat, head of desa/lurah, and/or society; and
., e. Minister to the report presented by the governor, bupati/mayor, camat, head of desa/lurah, and/or society.
.,, (2) The evaluation activities are performed based on the results of monitoring and reporting activities according to the needs and issues handled.
.,, (3) The evaluation activities are conducted to assess the progress of space utilization activities in the Jabodetabekpappointment Area.
.,, (4) The evaluation activities are conducted in order for the utilization of space in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Section 62.
.,, (1) Space utilization reporting activities in the Jabodetabekr Area are conducted with the provisions:

., a., a. The report of the development of space utilization in the Jabodetabekr Area was conducted through periodic reporting and initiated from head desa/lurah, seagate, bupati/mayor, governor to the Minister;
B. the report comes with the report material that is:
.,, 1) physical development development;

The technical coordination of the Jabodetabekpappoint Area space arrangement as a national strategic area is carried out by the Minister.

Section 64
Institutional coordination and cooperation policy between regions in the Jabodetabekpappointment Area are conducted and/or facilitated by interregional cooperation bodies.

The Second Part
The Community Role

Section 65
The participation of the people as referred to in Article 10 of the paragraph (4), Article 20 of the paragraph (4), Article 22 of the paragraph (1), Article 23 of the paragraph (4), Article 24 of the paragraph (4), Article 53 of the paragraph (1) and the paragraph (2), and Article 59 of the paragraph (3) are performed according to the conditions of the local community. and with regard to the provisions of the laws.

THE TRANSITION PROVISION

Section 69
(1) By the enactment of this Presidential Regulation, then:

., b. the utilization permit of the space that has been issued but not in accordance with the provisions of this Presidential Regulation:

.,, 2) for the already implemented construction, the utilization of space is done until the related permit expires and is made an adjustment by applying technical engineering according to the function of the region in the detailed plan of the spatial layout and Zoning regulations are set by the local government under this Presidential Regulation; and
.,, 3) for the already implemented construction and it is not possible to apply technical engineering according to the function of the region in the detailed plan of the spatial layout and zoning regulations set by the local government under the Ordinance This President, on the published permit may be cancelled and against the loss arising as a result of cancellation of the permit may be granted a proper replacement;

., d. The decision of President Number 73 in 1995 on the Reclamation of Kapuk Beach Dragon Tangerang,
stay in effect as long as not contradictory and have not been replaced with the new implementation regulations in accordance with this Presidential Regulation.

Section 71
With the enactment of this Presidential Regulation:
., a., a. area regulations on provincial regional layout plans, regional regulations on district/city district layout plans, and regional regulations on the detailed plan of the spatial layout following the existing zoning regulations remain in effect as long as it does not conflict with this Presidential Regulation; and
