WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that in Athens, Greece, on June 24, 2004 the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Republic of Greece on the Cooperation of Culture and Education (Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Hellenic Republic on Cultural and Educational Cooperation), as a result of the negotiations between the delegates of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Republic of Greece;
., b. that based on the consideration as referred to in the letter a, need to pass such Approval with the Presidential Regulation;
.,, Given: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and Section 11 of the Basic Law of the State of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945;
., 2. Law No. 24 Year 2000 on International Covenant (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2000 Number 185, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4012);
DECIDED:
., ESTABLISHING: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE PASSAGE OF APPROVAL BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF GREECE ON CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL COOPERATION (AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA) GOVERNMENT OF THE HELLENIC REPUBLIC ON CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL COOPERATION).
Section 1
Authorized Approval between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Republic of Greece on Cultural and Educational Cooperation (
Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Hellenic Republic on Cultural and Educational Cooperation) which had been signed on June 24, 2004 in Athens, Greece, whose original manuscripts in Indonesian, Greek, and English as attached and are not part of the be separated from this Presidential Regulation.
Section 2
In the event of a different interpretation difference between the text of the Agreement in English with the English text as referred to in Article 1, it applies to the English Approval Script.
Section 3
This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
