THE DISSOLUTION OF THE COMPANY PERSEROAN (PERSERO)
PT INDONESIAN SODA INDUSTRY
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that based on the results of the research and the study of the performance of the company Perseroan (Persero) PT Industry Soda Indonesia, the continuity of the Perseroan Company (Persero) PT Indonesia Soda Industry could not be retained again so it needed to disperse Perseroan Company (Persero) PT Industry Soda Indonesia;
., b. that based on the decision of the Extraordinary Shareholders ' General Meeting of the Company Perseroan (Persero) PT Industry Soda Indonesia Number Ris-19/D2.MBU/ 2007 dated October 9, 2007, the dissolution and status of the Perseroan Company (Persero) PT Industries Soda Indonesia as a company in liquidation, effective effective date since the dissolution of the Perseroan Company (Persero) PT Industry Soda Indonesia with Government Regulation;
., c. that based on consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, need to establish the Government Regulation on the Disposition of the Perseroan Company (Persero) PT Industry Soda Indonesia;

., 2. Law No. 19 of 2003 on the State-owned Enterprises (State of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 70, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4297);
., 3. Government Regulation No. 45 Year 2005 On Establishment, Governing, Supervision, Dissolution Of State Owned Enterprise (Sheet State Republic Of Indonesia 2005 Number 117, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Indonesia Number 4556);
DECIDED:
.,, Setting: A GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON THE DISSOLUTION OF THE COMPANY (PERSERO) PT OF THE INDONESIAN SODA INDUSTRY.
Section 1
As a result of the enactment of this Government Regulation, the Soda State Company, which was established under Government Regulation No. 32 of 1978 on the Takeover Of the Form of a Soda State Company into the Company of Perseroan (Persero) (State Sheet) The Republic of Indonesia in 1978 No. 47 was dissolved.
Section 2
Liquidation in order of dissolution of the Perseroan Company (Persero) PT Industry Soda Indonesia as referred to in Article 1 conducted by State Minister of State-owned Enterprises in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 19 of 2003 about the State Property Agency, Law Number 40 of the Year 2007 about Limited Perseroan, and other laws.
Section 3
All the remaining wealth of the liquidation of the Perseroan Company (Persero) PT Indonesia Soda Industry as referred to in Article 2, is made available to the State Kas.
Section 4
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
