ON PT PRASADHA PAMUNAH INDUSTRIAL WASTE
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that in order to optimize the acceptance of the country needs to conduct the sale of the state-owned shares of the Republic of Indonesia on PT Prasadha Pamunah Limbah Industry;
., b. That the country's share sale has received the approval of the People's Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia as outlined in the letter of Vice Chairman of the People's Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia Number: TU.03/0931/DPRRI/II/2008 dated 6 February 2008;
., c. that under the terms of
Section 4 paragraph (4) of the Law No. 19 Year 2003 on the State-owned Enterprises, any changes in the inclusion of the country's capital are specified with the Government Regulation;
., d. that based on consideration as referred to in the letter a, the letter b, and the letter c, need to establish the Government Regulation on the Sales of the State of the Republic of Indonesia on PT Prasadha Pamunah Limbah Industry;

DECIDED:
., ESTABLISHING: THE GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON THE SALE OF SHARES BELONGING TO THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA IN PT PRASADHA PAMUNAH WASTE INDUSTRY.
Section 1
.,, (1) The State of the Republic of Indonesia conducts the sale of all shares owned on PT Prasadha Pamunah Limbah Industry through sale of shares directly in accordance with the provisions of the regulations of the limited liability in the field of limited liability.
., (2) The sale of the shares as referred to in paragraph (1) is conducted based on the principles of transparency, independence, accountability, accountability, and the best price principles with regard to market conditions.
Section 2
.,, (1) The sale of the shares as referred to in Article 1 of paragraph (1) is conducted over the entirety of the remaining shares of the state of the Republic of Indonesia on PT Prasadha Pamunah Limbah Industry, i.e. as many as 50 (fifty) stock sheets or by 5% (five percent).
.,, (2) The price of the shares to be sold as referred to in paragraph (1) is set by the State Minister of State-owned Enterprises.
.,, (3) Following the implementation of the sale of the shares, the State Minister of State Owned Enterprises notified in writing the amount of shares and the magnitude of the value of the shares sold to the Minister of Finance.
Section 3
.,, (1) the proceeds of the sale of the shares as referred to in Section 2 of the paragraph (1) are referred directly to the State Kas.
.,, (2) The results of the stock sales as referred to in paragraph (1) are net proceeds after being reduced at the cost of implementation of such sales.
., (3) The charges as referred to in paragraph (2) are specified with regard to the principles of transparency, accountability, and fairness in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 4
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
