TATA CARA DETERMINING THE CRITERIA AND CLASSIFICATION OF RIVER FLOW AREA MANAGEMENT
CLASSIFICATION OF THE TECHNICAL EXECUTOR UNIT OF THE RIVER FLOW AREA BASED ON THE FINAL VALUE OF THE CRITERIA, I.E. THE PRINCIPAL ELEMENT AND THE SUPPORT ELEMENT OF EACH UNIT. I. .. Data Collection Method
The data collection is conducted through an examination on the entire Technical Managing Unit of the Hall Management Area of the River. The data and information collected are sourced from: a) Map, among others: Workspace Map, Land Closing Map, Climate Map, Map
Contour, Hydrology and DAS Map, Land Map, Critical Land Distribution Map on an adequate scale;
b) Event Results Report or Annual Report of Each Unit Technical Executors; c) Report of Workforce Mutation; d) Default Operating Procedure (Standard Operating Procedure= SOP); e) Interview and consultation with Structural officials and Managing Unit apparatus
Technical Management Area Of River Flows associated; f) the questionnaire of the questionnaire;
II. Data Analysis Methods
The collected data is further analyzed using a qualitative approach, i.e. by means of an abbreviation and a tamper on each of the indicators used. In this case the subject matter of the task and function of the Technical Managing Unit of the River Stream is given a weighting of 80%, while the supporting element is the execution of the task and function of the Technical Managing Unit of the River Flow Area Given the weight of 20%. The final value is the sum of all the results multiplier by the weight of each indicator that is mathematically formulated as follows:
UK = ∑ =
n
i ii wC
1
.
UJ = ∑ =

Attraction: UK = Final value in the principal element UJ = final value in the supporting element Ci = score indicator of the principal element Ji = score indicator element of the i-i = wi = indicator weight TS = number of final values Based on the performance score achievement value then the criteria are as follows: a) Enhanced to UPT as level Eselon IIB if the achieved score ranges
between 80-100. b) Fixed as UPT as level Eselon IIIA if the achieved score is less than
