CHANGES IN FORESTRY MINISTER REGULATION NUMBER P. 45 /MENHUT-II/2005 ON THE STUDY OF THE STUDY DUTIES FOR CIVIL SERVANTS ' SCOPE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FORESTRY

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY FORESIGHT,

Draw: a. that under the Ordinance of the Ministry of Forestry Number P. 45 /Menhut-II/2005 has established the Learning Duty Guidelines for the Civil Servlet of the Department of Forestry;

b. That to give the civil servants the scope of the Department of Forestry in increasing its competition through continuing education, both the Diploma, the Scholar and the Graduate, then need to change the Minister's Ordinance. Forestry Number P. 45/Menhut-II/2005 on the Compulsory Civil Servant guidelines for the Department of Forestry Department;

11. Minister of Forestry Regulation Number Minister Foresight Number: P. 13 /Menhut-II/2005 on the Organization and Workforce of the Department of Forestry as it has been several times amended, last with the Regulation of Minister of Forestry Number: P. 15 /Menhut-II/2008;

DECIDED TO ESTABLISH: REGULATION MINISTER REGULATION ON

CHANGES IN FORESTRY MINISTER NUMBER P. 45 /MENHUT-II/2005 ON THE GUIDELINES OF THE STUDY DUTIES FOR CIVIL SERVANTS ' SCOPE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FORESTRY.

Article I Conditions in Section 5 of the paragraph (1) Forestry Minister Regulation Number P. 45 /Menhut-II/2005 on the Teaching Duties of the Civil Service The scope of the Department of Forestry is changed, so that the entirety of Article 5 reads as follows:

Section 5 (1) of the PNS that may be given the Learning Task is the employee who meets

the terms of the following: a. Status of PNS; b. Pass selection 4 (four) of the main criterion for Human Resources (SDM)

forestry apparatus: moral integrity, professional, leadership and cooperation;

c. The value of DP3 2 (two) last year is minimal good for all elements; d. The maximum age limit of 35 years for a Diploma and Bachelor (S1) program,

43 years for the S2 program, and 45 years for the S3 program; e. Fields of study in accordance with the needs of the Forest Department

as set forth on the Education Plan; f. Never subject to the discipline of employee discipline by category

weight within 6 (six) of the last year or punitive discipline of the employee with the moderate category 3 (three) last year or not in the process PNS disciplinary sanction-

g. There is a recommendation from the Eselon I work unit in question; h. It has been accepted into the College of study places; and i. For Functional Officials to achieve a 65-year-old Primary General

with a cumcum equivalent achievement index can be considered to continue the education of the S3 program with a maximum age limit of 2N before the retirement age (note: N is the term Study task time.

(2) The Long Term Diklat is an employee who complies with the following terms: a. Status of PNS (PNS); b. The value of DP3 2 (two) last year is minimal good for all elements; c. It was never charged with the discipline of employee discipline in the category

weight within 6 (six) of the last year or not in the process of imposition of civil-disciplinary sanctions;

d. There is a recommendation from the work unit Eselon I. (3) The administrative selection as referred to in paragraph (1) is implemented

by the Forestry Cultivation Center together the Bureau of staffing. Article II

The Ordinance of the Minister of Forestry is in effect from the date of promulgations. In order for everyone to know, the Ordinance of the Minister of Forestry is promulred by its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
