Regulation of the Minister of industry number 11/M-IND/PER/3/2006 concerning the technical guidelines for the use of domestic production; Decide: Define: REGULATION Of The MINISTER Of INDUSTRY RESTRUCTURING PROGRAM Of Machines/EQUIPMENT INDUSTRY Of FOOTWEAR. Article 1 In this ministerial regulation is: 1. is the Footwear Industry industrial company that produces Footwear products as well as industrial enterprises which produce tanning of the skin. www.djpp.depkumham.go.id 2008, no. 82 4 2. Article 2 the Minister of industry is responsible for policies, programs and the implementation of the restructuring of the machinery/industrial equipment Footwear in order to rescue and the improvement of the competitiveness of the national Footwear Industry. Article 3 (1) of the industry of footwear that performs restructuring of machines/equipment, expansion or new investment financing waivers given the purchase of machinery/industrial equipment footwear. Article 4 Concerns financing referred to in article 3 are given in the form of discounted purchase price of the machinery/industrial equipment footwear. Article 5 (1) Discounted purchase price of the machinery/equipment as referred to in article 4 is given to the industry of footwear that meets conditions by way of replacement (reimbursement). Article 6 the sources financing the procurement of machinery/equipment is given a discounted price, derived from: a. the banking Credit (cash and non cash loan); b. the machine Supplier Credit; c. Cash Purchases; and/or d. Lease purchase through financial institutions instead of the Bank (LKBB). Article 7 (1) the Director General of the budget as a power user is obligated to create accountability for the implementation of the programme of restructuring the Machinery/industrial equipment Footwear in the form of financial statements. (2) the reporting procedures as referred to in paragraph (1) refers to the regulation of the Minister of finance number 59/FMD. 06/2005 of accounting systems and financial reporting to the Central Government.
