ABOUT THE PROGRAM RESTRUCTURING MESIN/EQUIPMENT

THE FOOTWEAR INDUSTRY

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD MINISTER INDUSTRIAL REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: a. that in order to develop the Alas Foot Industry as one of the national priority industries, the Alas Foot Industrial machining restructuring program is required through granting of leniation in the purchase of machinery/equipment;

b. that based on the consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to be issued the Minister Regulation;

Given: 1. Law No. 5 of 1984 on Industry (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia in 1984 No. 22, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3274);

DECIDED:

SET: THE MINISTRY OF MINISTRY ' S REGULATIONS ON THE MACHINERY RESTRUCTURING PROGRAM /FOOTWEAR INDUSTRY FEO.

Article 1

In Regulation of this Minister referred to:

1. The Footwear Industry is an industrial company that produces Alas Foot products and industrial companies that produce tanning products.

2. The Director General is Director General of the Metal Textile and Aneka Machine metals.

Article 2

The Minister of Industry is responsible for the policy, program and implementation of the restructuring of the Alas Foot Industry/Equipment in order rescue and improvement of the national Alas Industrial saing power.

Article 3

(1) Alas Industrial Industries which conducts engine restructuring/equipment, expansion or new investment is given the purchase of purchase of machine purchase/equipment The footwear industry.

(2) The leniation of financing as it referred to verse (1) is only provided for the Alas Foot Industry which uses advanced technology.

(3) The financing deduction as referred to in paragraph (1) is financed from DIPA Directorate General of the Textile Machine Metal Textile and Aneka Department Industry Year Industry 2009 and subsequent years as long as the budget is available in the Department of Industry Department.

Article 4

The leniation of financing as referred to in Article 3 is given in the form of a discount purchase of Alas Foot Machine/Machine purchase.

Article 5

(1) The discount The purchase of the machine/equipment as referred to in Section 4 is provided to the Alas Foot Industry which meets the provisions in the manner of the replacement (reimburse).

(2) The pieces of the price given as referred to paragraph (1) by 10% (ten percent) of the value of the engine/equipment.

(3) The Alas Foot Industry which uses domestic production machinery/equipment, with proof of the Internal Component Level (TKDN) in accordance with the provisions of the laws, is given a discount by 15% (fifteen percent) of the engine value/equipment.

(4) The price of a price as referred to in paragraph (2) and paragraph (3) in a single year of Rp. 5 billion (five billion rupiah) per company per year.

(5) The giving of the price cut as referred to by paragraph (2), verse (3) and paragraph (4) applies to the purchase of a machine/equipment since January 1, 2009.

Section 6

The source of the procurement financing/equipment is priced out of the price, coming from:

a. Banking credits (cash loan and non cash);

b. Machine Supplier Credit;

c. Cash purchase; and or d. Rent Buy through the Financial Instituts Not the Bank

(LKBB).

Section 7

(1) The Director General as the User of the Budget User is required to be responsible for the implementation of the Footwear Industry/Appliance Restructuring Program in the form of a financial report.

(2) Tata reporting method as referred to in paragraph (1) refers to the Finance Minister Regulation Number 59 /PMK.06/ 2005 on the Central Government Financial Accounting and Reporting System.

(3) The Director General is required to report the use of the budget, achievement of goals and Target Program is an appropriate and appropriate target for the Minister of Industry every 6 (six) months.

(4) The Alas Foot Industry which has followed the program as referred to in paragraph (1), is required to deliver the installation progress report and the utilization of the machine/equipment every 6 (six) months to the Director General.

(5) The order of reporting as referred to in paragraph (3) and paragraph (4) is set in the Regulation of the Director General in the form of a Technical Lead.

Article 8 (1) For the optimization and exact target of the program

restructuring The Alas Foot Industries engine was formed by the Team of Directors and the Technical Team. in the environment of the Department of Industry, Department of Finance, Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Commerce, Bappenas, BKPM, Provincial Department of Indonesia handling industry, Indonesian Association of Indonesia (Aprisindo), Indonesian Worship Association (APKI), and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Indonesian: Association of Indonesian National Affairs) And other technical agencies.

(2) The formation of the Engineering Team and the Technical Team as referred to in paragraph (1) are set up and established with the General Director Regulation.

Article 9 Industry Alas recipient cuts the purchase price of the machine/ Alas Industrial equipment that violates the provisions of this Minister's Regulation And the sanction of the Act is subject to the return of the prices that have been received to the State Kas.

Article 10 (1) Further provisions of the implementation of this Ministerial Regulation

are governed by the General Director's Rules. (2) The Regulation of the Director General as referred to

paragraph (1) in the form of a Technical Lead. Article 11
