MINISTER OF INDUSTRIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that in order to give commonality, ease and agility in the implementation and supervision of the provisions of Article 7 and Article 8 of the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 33/M-IND/PER/4/2007 on the Prohibition of Producing The Ozone Layer ' s Destructive Materials As Well As Producing Goods That Use the Ozone Layer Malware, needs to be regulated Technical Lead and the Tata Way Surveillance Use of the Non CFC and Non-Halon & Non CFC Logo;
., b. that based on the consideration of the letter a, need to be issued the Regulation of the Minister of Industry;

., 2. Government Regulation No. 17 Year 1986 on Regulatory Authority, Coaching, and Industrial Development (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 1986 No. 23, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 3330);
., 3. Decision of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 187 /M of 2004 on the Establishment of the United Indonesia Cabinet as amended last several times with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 77 /P of the Year 2007;

Policy of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 9 Year 2005 on Occupation, Duty, Functions, Organizational Organizations and the Working Tata Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia as amended last several times with the Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Indonesia Number 94 Year 2006;

., 8. Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 33/M-IND/PER/4/2007 on the Prohibition of the Ozone Layer of Destructive Materials and the production of Goods using Ozone Layer materials;
DECIDED:
.,, Setting: REGULATIONS MINISTER OF INDUSTRY ON TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS THE USE AND LAYOUT OF SUPERVISING THE USE OF THE NON CFC AND NON HALON & NON CFC LOGOS.
Section 1
Items that do not use the Ozone Layer Malware (BPO) include:
., a., a. items or products that do not use CFC materials, which next are called Product Non CFCs; or
., b. items that do not use Halon and CFC materials, which are subsequently called the Non Halon & Non CFC Goods.
Section 2
(1) The use of the Non CFC Logo and the Non Halon & CFC Logo are carried out Oversight.
., (2) Non-CFC and Non-CFC Logo Use Technical instructions as set forth in
Appendix I of this Minister's Regulation.
.,, (3) The Use of the Non-CFC and Non-Halon & Non CFC Logo Use Supervision as set forth in
Appendix II of the Regulation of this Minister.
Section 3
.,, (1) The supervision of the use of the logo as referred to in Section 2 of the paragraph (1) is performed by forming the Supervising Team with the membership consisting of:
., a., a. Standard Goods/Services Surveillance Officer at the Factory (PPSP);
B. Civil Servant Investigator (PPNS);
C. The Supervising Goods/Services officer outstanding in the market (PBJP); and
., d. The officer who was appointed/appointed by the related officials authorized at the central and or regional level.
.,, (2) The supervising team as referred to in paragraph (1) is set by the official Eselon I Buyer of the associated Industry and or the Head of the Provincial Service in authority.
Section 4
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply at the set date.
