STIPULATING: THE RULES OF THE MINISTER OF STATE WOMEN ' S EMPOWERMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE STANDARD OF SERVICE OF MINIMUM SERVICE INTEGRATED SERVICES FOR WITNESSES AND/OR VICTIMS OF CRIMINAL TRAFFICKING IN -KABUPATEN/ CITY.

BAB I provisions of UMUM

Article 1 In this regulation intended with: 1. The next Minimal Service Standard called SPM is the benchmark

the performance of the Integrated Service Centre service in the District/City in providing protection and rehabilitation services and social reintegration to witnesses and/or victims of the trafficking of people.

2. 6. Social reintegration is the attempt to reuniting the witness and/or victim with a family, a surrogate family, or a society that may provide protection and fulfillment of the need for witnesses and/or victims of the TPPO.

Article 2 of the SPM for witnesses and/or victims of a trade criminal is intended to be a guideline for the area in carrying out execution, control and supervision planning and accountability Hosting a unified service for witnesses and/or a victim of a trade criminal.

Article 4 SPM Services are Integrated for witnesses and/or victims of trafficking offences based on the principles: a. the respect of the witness rights and/or the victim, meaning the ministry granted

against the witness and/or the victim reflects the protection and respect of the rights, harkat and the dignity of the witness and/or victims of the trafficking of persons;

b. non discrimination, meaning that the service applies to all witnesses and/or victims of the criminal trafficking of persons without distinguking the status, religion, tribe, race of the group and gender; and

c. accountability, meaning the service of the witness and/or victims of the criminal trafficking of persons may be accounted for to the public in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

CHAPTER II OF THE MINIMUM SERVICE STANDARD

INTEGRATED SERVICES FOR WITNESS AND/OR VICTIMS OF INSIDER TRADING IN

KABUPATEN/CITY Article 6

SPM integrated services for witnesses and/or victims of trafficking persons trafficking in County/City include:

a. the handling of public complaints; b. health rehabilitation services; c. legal protection services; d. Social rehabilitation services; e. the repatriation service; and f. social reintegration services.

Article 9 of the legal protection services as referred to in Article 6 of the letter c includes: a. The scope of the Person's Trade Criminal Case was decided

under Law No. 21 of 2007 on the Eradication Of The Criminal Trafficking of Persons; and

b. the scope of legal protection services to witnesses and/or victims of the Trade Criminal Persons granted by law enforcement.

Article 10 of the social rehabilitation services as referred to in Article 6 of the letter d includes a percentage of coverage social rehabilitation assistance services at home

CHAPTER III COACHING

CHAPTER IV MONITORING, EVALUATION AND REPORTING

Article 21 (1) Minister of State of Women Empowerment along related sectors

Section 22

(1) The Minister of State for Women of Empowerment is responsible for making the SPM implementation report of a unified service for witnesses and/or victims of criminal trafficking of persons to the President and Busan is delivered to the leadership of the People's Trading Eradication Task Force.
