.,,, weighed: that the quantity of honorary benefits awarded to the Former Member of the Indonesian National Committee Centre and Widows/Dudanya as set out in Government Regulation Number 10 of the Year 1980 about the Honorable Allowance The former member of the Central Indonesian National Committee and the Widow/Dudanya, as it has been seven times last modified with Government Regulation No. 32 of 2008, does not correspond again to the development of circumstances, so it needs to change the benefits of the allowance honour to the Former Member of the Indonesian National Committee Centre and Widows/Dudanya with the Government Regulation;

DECIDED:
.,, stipulating: GOVERNMENT REGULATION OF THE EIGHTH CHANGE IN GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 10 OF 1980 ON GRANTING HONORARY BENEFITS TO FORMER MEMBERS OF THE CENTRAL INDONESIAN NATIONAL COMMITTEE AND ITS JANDA/DUDANYA.
Section 1
Some provisions in Government Regulation No. 10 of 1980 on Granting Honorary Improvements To Former Indonesian National Committee Member of Central Indonesia and Widows/Dudanya (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 1980 Number 17) as have been seven times amended with Government Regulation:

Number 35 Of 2001 (State Sheet Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2001 Number 58);

Number 29 of 2007 (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2007 Number 63), and

Number 32 of 2008 (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2008 No. 65),
changed as follows:
1. The terms of
Section 1 are changed, so it reads as follows:

To the Former Member of the Indonesian National Committee, the Central Indonesian National Committee is awarded an Honorary Rp1.563,000.00 (one million five hundred and sixty-three thousand rupiah) each month. "

Terms of Section 3 is changed, so it reads as follows:

" Section 3
.,, (1) If the Former Member of the Central Indonesian National Committee dies, to the widow/her authorized widow is given an honorary stipend of Rp1.164.000.00 (one million hundred sixty-four thousand rupiah) each month.
.,, (2) In terms of the Former Indonesian National Committee Member States as referred to in verse (1) have more than a valid wife, then who gets the honorary allowance is the wife of the first.
(3), (3) The first wife is the most married wife she married without being cut off by divorce.
., (4) The payment of honor benefits as referred to in paragraph (1), terminated if the janda/duda Former Member of the Central Indonesian National Committee is concerned:

B. Marry again.
., 3. The terms as set in number 1 and number 2 are valid since 1 January 2009.
Section II
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
