HEALTH CARE MAINTENANCE OF MINISTERS AND CERTAIN OFFICIALS

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

.,, weighed: a. that given the severity of the burden of the duties of the Minister and certain officials, there is a guarantee of health care maintenance with the plenary service;
., b. that a guarantee of health care for certain Ministers and officials, which is currently still being equated with the health care guarantee that applies to civil servants, needs to be tailored to the need in order to support the implementation of the Task in question
., c. that based on consideration as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to establish the President ' s Regulation on the Health Maintenance Guarantee of Ministers and of Certain Officials;

., 2. Law Number 17 Year 2003 on State Finance (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 47, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4286);
., 3. Act No. 1 Year 2004 on the State Treasury (Indonesian Republic Year 2004 Number 5, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4355);
., 4. Government Regulation No. 50 Year 1980 on Financial/Administrative Rights Minister of State and Former Minister of State as well as Widows/Dudanya (Sheet of State of the Republic of Indonesia 1980 No. 78, Additional Sheet of State Republic of Indonesia No. 3184) as it has been several times amended last with Government Regulation No. 60 of 2000 (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2000 Number 122 Number 122);
. .5. Government Regulation No. 28 Year 2003 on Subsidies And Government Dues In Hosting Health Insurance For Civil Servants and Recipients Pension (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2003) Number 62, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4294);

DECIDED:

.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE GUARANTEE OF THE HEALTH MAINTENANCE OF MINISTERS AND CERTAIN OFFICIALS.

Section 1
In this Presidential Regulation referred to:
., 1. The Minister is the minister who presides over the ministries and officials given the position or financial rights of the minister-level facilities.
., 2. Certain officials were officials who led the non-department government agencies, echelon I, and officials given the position or financial rights and facilities of the eseleon-level.
., 3. The Minister and Corporate Health Maintenance Warranty Program is the health care provided with the most high service facilities during the performance of its duties.
., 4. Family is a wife/husband and child who is still in a dependents in the field of civil servants.

Section 2
.,, (1) the Minister and the Officials are certainly granted the plenary service health service through the health insurance mechanism.
.,, (2) For the Minister and the Specified Officials who have benefited the health maintenance guarantee that applies to Civil Servlet, the plenary health service as referred to in paragraph (1), is an increase in the benefits of service Health in question
.,, (3) The plenary health service as referred to in paragraph (1), is also given to the Minister ' s family and of Certain Officials.

Section 3
.,, (1) For the hosting of the plenary health services as referred to in Section 2, to the organizers of the Health Maintenance Warranty Program for the Minister and Specified Officials, given the fees or additional charges.
.,, (2) The charges and Additional expenses of the plenary health services as referred to in paragraph (1) for the Minister and Indicated Officials in the Central Government environment are charged to the State Budget and Shopping Budget.
.,, (3) Additional plenary health services charges as referred to in paragraph (1) for Specified Officials in the Regional government environment is charged to the Regional Revenue and Shopping Budget.

Section 4
.,, (1) The Hosting of a Health Maintenance Warranty Program for the Minister and a Specified Official with the plenary service as referred to in Article 2, is conducted by the civil servant health assurance organizer that took place during this time.
.,, (2) The plenary health services as referred to in paragraph (1), including overseas hospital health services conducted with the cost reimbursed mechanism.

Section 5
The further provisions are required for the implementation of this Presidential Regulation, set up with the Regulation of the Minister of Finance.

Section 6
This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
