ESTABLISHMENT OF THE DISTRICT RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS OFFICE IN BENGKULU PROVINCE

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA RELIGION,

Weighing

: that with the expansion of the subdistrict and to improve service in the field of Islamic marriage and Islamic religious affairs, it needs to establish the Minister of Religious Affairs on the Establishment of the Office of Religious Affairs Sub-district in Bengkulu Province;

Given: 1. The Presidential Decree No. 20 of 2008 on the Fourth Amendment to the Presidential Regulation Number 9 of 2005 on Occupation, Duty, Functions, Organization and the Working Tata of the Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia;

2. Presidential Decree No. 50 of 2008 on the Ninth Amendment to the Presidential Regulation No. 10 of 2005 on the Unit of Organization and the Task of Eselon I Ministry of State of the Republic of Indonesia;

3. The Law of the Minister of Religious Affairs No. 8 of 2008 on the Changes to the Decree of the Minister of Religious Affairs No. 517 of 2001 on the Organization of the Organization of Religious Affairs (the Organization of Religious Affairs);

The Decree of the Minister of Religious Affairs No. 373 of 2002 on the Organization and the Work Tata Office of the Provincial Department of Religious Affairs and the Office of the Department of Religious Affairs/City which had been amended by the Decree of the Minister of Religious Affairs No. 480 of 2003;

5. Ministry of Religious Affairs Number 3 of 2006 on the Organization and the Department of Religious Works;

c. Decision Of The Bitterness Of Bityang Number 03 Year 2004 On The Formation Of The Organization Structure And The Corporate Device Workforce Of Kepahyang;

d. Mukomuko County District Law No. 8 Year 2004 on the Establishment of Malin Deman District, Air Rami District, Teramang Jaya district, Selaga Raya District, Penarik District, XIV Koto District, V Koto District, Air Manjunto Subdistrict, Water Subdistrict, and Rumbai River Subdistrict in Muko-muko;

e. The decision of the Bupati Kaur No. 219 in 2004 on the Establishment of the Subdistrict in Kaur County and the Organization and Tata Works;

f. Rejang Lebong Regional Regulation No. 5 Year 2005 on the Establishment of North Curup District, Curup East District, South Curup District, Subdistrict Central Curup, Subdistrict Binducheer; Subdistrict Sindang Beliti Ilir and the District of Greater Ulu Raya in the Kabuten Rejang Lebong;

g. In 2005, the Seluma Regional Regulation No. 7 of the Year in Seluma Regency;

DECIDED:

SET: THE RULE OF THE MINISTER OF RELIGION ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE OFFICE OF RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS DISTRICT IN BENGKULU PROVINCE.

KESATU: Shaping the District Religious Affairs Office in Bengkulu Province as attached to Appendix I of this Regulation.

SECOND: Occupation, task, function and layout of the District Religious Affairs Office as contemplated on It was arranged in the Decree of the Minister of Religious Affairs No. 517 of 2001 on the Organization of Religious Affairs of the District.

THIRD: Bagan organization of the District Religious Affairs Office created as contemplated on the Diktum towards the District of Religion. listed in Appendix II of this Regulation.

FOURTH: These rules are effective on the date set.
