SET: THE AREA REGULATIONS ON THE FIRST CHANGE OF
THE REGIONAL REGULATION OF THE NUMBER 17 IN 2007 ABOUT THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN ORGANIZATION OF REGIONAL TECHNICAL INSTITUTIONS IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE DISTRICT OF THE COUNTY OF AID.
Article I
Some provisions in the Kabu Regional Regulation [patent Bantul Number 17 Year 2007 about the Establishment of the Organization of Regional Technical Instituts in the Government Environment Bantul Regency (C&c) Region Area of 2007 Series D Number 15) was changed as follows: 1. The provisions of Section 4 of the paragraph (1) are changed, so that Section 4 reads as follows:

The organizational arrangement of Section 4
(1) The organization of the Regional Development Planning Board, consists of:
a. Head of the Agency; b. Secretariat, consisting of:
1. General Sub-Part; 2. Sub-Part Program; and 3. Financial and Asset Sub-Parts.
c. The Data, Research and Development fields, consists of: 1. Sub Fields of Data, Statistics and Reporting; and 2. Sub Field Research and Development.
d. The field of the economy, consists of: 1. Sub-fields of Agriculture, Fisheries, Forestry and Oceans; and 2. Sub-Industry, Trade, Services and Tourism.
e. The fields of the Tool and the Prasarana, are composed of: 1. Sub-fields of the Cloud Service and the applicable Sub-Production Environment and the Cloud Service.
f. The field of Education, Culture and Health, consists of: 1. Sub-Field of Education and Culture; and 2. Sub-Field Health;
g. The field of Government and Community Empowerment, consists of: 1. Sub-field of government; and 2. Sub-field of Societal Empowerment.
h. The Program Control field, consists of: 1. Budget Subfields; and 2. Sub-Field Control;
i. Technical Managing Unit (s); and The Functional Position Group.
(2) The Secretariat is led by the Secretary based below and is responsible to the Head of the Agency. (3). Each field is led by a head of the field who is located below and has the responsibility of the Head of the Agency. (4). Each Sub-Part is governed by a Sub-Section directly under and in charge of the Secretary. (5). Each Sub-Field is governed by a Sub-Field Chief directly under and responsible for the Head of the Field. (6). The Technical Managing Unit is governed by a Chief of the UPT under and in charge of the Head of the Agency. (7). The Organization of the Organization of the Organization of the Planning Board of Regions Development as it is in Appendix I and is one unseparable unity of the Regulation of this Region.
2. The provisions of Annex I are changed, so that Appendix I reads as such in this area's Regulation.
