.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE EXTENSION OF THE PENSION AGE LIMIT FOR CIVIL SERVANTS OCCUPYING THE FUNCTIONAL POST SANDIMAN.
Section 1
Civil servants who are appointed and fully commissioned in the functional office Sandiman jenjang Madya, the retirement age limit may be extended to 60 (sixty) years.
Section 2
Civil servants who occupy the functional office of Sandiman in addition to those specified in Article 1, the retirement age limit applies the pension age limit for civil servants in general according to the provisions of the term. Laws.
Section 3
The dismissal of the civil servant occupying the functional office of Sandiman is set in accordance with the provisions of the legislation before the enactment of this Presidential Regulation is declared to remain in effect.
Section 4
Civil servants who at the time of the President's Ordinance have occupied the functional office of Sandiman jenjang Sedan and Sandiman Junior, the retirement age limit may be extended to 60 (sixty) years.
Section 5
The further provisions necessary for the implementation of this Presidential Regulation are governed by the Head of the State Personnel Agency.
Section 6
With the enactment of the Presidential Regulation, the Presidential Decree No. 37 of 1995 on the Retirement Age Limit For Civil Servants Occupying The Office Of Sandiman, revoked and stated does not apply.
Section 7
This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
