Establish: REGIONAL REGULATIONS ON THE LEVY OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE POPULATION OF THE POPULATION.

SAB I

UMUM PROVISIONS

Section 1

BAB XV CALCULATION OF RETURNS

23 is carried out by PPNS in the Regional Government environment whose appointment is set in accordance with the rules of the invitation-invitation.

(2) In carrying out the assignment of the inquiry, the PPNS as referred to in paragraph (1) authorized:

a. accept, search, collect and research the information or report relating to a criminal action in the field of retribution for the description or report to be more complete and clear;

b. researched, searched and collected information about people

personal or body about the truth of the deeds committed in connection with a criminal act of retribution;

c. requesting the description and the evidence material of the person ' s private or body

with respect to the criminal act of retribution;

d. examine the books, notes and other documents with regard to the criminal conduct in the field of retribution;

e. conduct a shakedown to obtain the evidence,

bookkeeping, logging and other documents and expropriation of such evidence;

f. requesting expert power assistance in order to exercise the task of inquiry of criminal conduct in the field of retribution;

g. send a stop and or ban someone from leaving

a room or place at the time of the examination underway and checking the identity of the person and or the document brought in as referred to in the letter e;

h. photographing a person with respect to a criminal act of retribution;

i. call people to be heard of his description and checked out

as a suspect or a witness;

j. stop the investigation;

k. perform other actions necessary to smooth the investigation of a criminal offense in the field of retribution according to the law that can be accounted for.

(3) Investigators as referred to in paragraph (1) are below

coordination of the Investigator POLRI in accordance with the provisions set out in the Law Number 8 of the Year of 1981 on the Law of Criminal Events.

(4) The PPNS as referred to in paragraph (1) notifying

the start of the investigation and deliver the results of its inquiry to the public prosecutor, in accordance with the provisions set out in the Number 8 of the Year of 1981 on the Law of Criminal Events.

Section 26

With the enactment of this Regional Regulation then the Bogor Municipal Regulation No. 12 Year 2002 on Retribution Cost of Occupation of Occupation Service as amended by the Bogor City Regional Regulation No. 6 Year 2006 on Top Change The Bogor City Regional Regulation No. 12 Year 2002 on the Occupation Administration ' s Print Charge Retribution was revoked and declared unapplicable.

Article 27 of the Regulation of the Regions begins to take effect on the date of promulgations.
