MAYOR BANDUNG,

Weighed: a. that the Regional Revenue and Shopping Budget has been established with the Regulation

Area City Bandung Number 04 of 2008 on the Revenue Budget and

Regional Shopping Year 2008 as amended with the Regulation

Bandung City Area Number 14 Year 2008;

b. that under the provisions of Section 184 of the paragraph (1) of the Law No. 32 Year 2004

on the Local Government, which mandates the Regional Chief to

deliver the Accouncability of the Revenue Budget and

Regional Shopping to the Regional People's Representative Council of the financial statements

which has been examined by the Financial Examiner's Board, at least 6

(six) months after the budget year ends;

c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter b, need

forming the Bandung City Regional Regulation about the accountability Report

Implementation of the Budget and Regional Shopping Year 2008 Budget;
