., (7) The organizational structure and membership of the Reconstruction Continuity Board as referred to in paragraph (1), are defined by each Governor as the leader of the Reconstruction Continuity Agency.

Section 11
.,, (1) To support the implementation of the Reconstruction Continuity Board task as referred to in Article 10, the Governing Team is chaired by the Minister of State of National Development Planning/Head of the National Development Planning Board and The Minister of the Interior, and the Minister of Finance.
., (2) The Steering Team is responsible for providing direction in order to coordinate the planning and execution of the goals of the 2009 program as referred to in Section 3 of the paragraph (1) letter b, to the Reconstruction Continuity, as referred to in Section 5 of the IBM SaaS. Article 10.
.,, (3) The Steering Team reports the execution of its duties to the President every 6 (six) months or at any time if requested by the President.

Prior to the expiration of the Board of Rehabilitation and Reconstruction as referred to in Article 2, the Board of Rehabilitation and Reconstruction has completed the submission of all State-owned Goods to the Ministry/Institute, Local Government, Religious/Religious Foundation/Social/Humanities, Member/Community Group and/or other parties, in order to establish status and interest in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

BAB V
DATA MANAGEMENT AND KEARSIPAN

Section 6
With the expiration of the term of the Rehabilitation And Reconstruction Agency as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (1), the management of the data and the archive associated with rehabilitation and reconstruction are conducted in the following manner:
., a., a. Data and resources related to the country's wealth are submitted in conjunction with the submission of the country's wealth to the Ministry/Institute or Regional Government as referred to in Article 5 of the paragraph (1).
., b. Data and information related to program objectives that are not related to the issue of the country's wealth, are submitted to the Ministry/Institute or Local Government in accordance with the scope of their respective duties.
., c. Data and services related to the completed program objectives and are no longer utilized for the continuity of rehabilitation and reconstruction, submitted to the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia, and subsequently may be submitted to County Government.

BAB VI
WORKFORCE COMPLETION

Section 7
.,, (1) With the expiration of the term of the Rehabilitation And Reconstruction Agency as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (1), the civil servants who are secondhand or employed on the Board of Rehabilitation and Reconstruction are returned to the parent instance.
.,, (2) Civil Servants ' s work assisted in the Rehabilitation And Reconstruction Agency as referred to in paragraph (1), is taken into account as the working period in question as a civil servant.

BAB VII
FINAL REPORT

Section 8
.,, (1) In order to termination of the term of the Rehabilitation And Reconstruction Agency as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (1), the Board of Directors, the Supervising Board and the Managing Board of Rehabilitation and Reconstruction deliver the Final Report to the The President.
.,, (2) The Final Report of the Managing Board as referred to in paragraph (1), includes:
., a., a. Financial Report;
B. Performance Report.
.,, (3) Tata the manner of drafting and the form of the Financial Report in the framework of the termination of the duties of the Rehabilitation Agency and Reconstruction is governed by the Minister of Finance.

Section 9
.,, (1) Based on the Final Report as referred to in Article 8, the President conducts an assessment to provide the release of responsibility to the Chairman and Member of the Board of Trusts, Chairman and Member of the Supervising Board, and Head, Deputy Chief, Secretary, Deputies, officials and employees of the Rehabilitation Agency and Reconstruction Board against everything contained in the Final Report.
.,, (2) are excluded from the exemption as referred to in paragraph (1), if later, the Final Report as referred to in Article 8 proved to be untrue or misleading.

BAB VIII
RECONSTRUCTION CONTINUITY AGENCY

Section 10
.,, (1) In order to sync and harmonize the rehabilitation activities and reconstruction of the region and community life of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam and Nias Islands North Sumatra Province, in order for continuity of rehabilitation activities and reconstruction in the Pascabencana Region was conducted in a coordinated, formed:

., a., a. Aceh Continuity Reconstruction Agency in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province, led by Governor Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam; and
., b. The Sustainability Reconstruction Agency of Nias in North Sumatra Province, led by the Governor of North Sumatra Province.
.,, (2) the Reconstruction Continuity Body as referred to in paragraph (1), tasked with the completion of the rehabilitation and reconstruction activities of the region and the community life of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam and the Nias Islands of Sumatra Province North.
.,, (3) the Reconstruction Continuity Body as referred to in paragraph (1), tasked with coordinating the continuity of rehabilitation activities and reconstruction of the region and the community life of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam and Islands Nias Province of North Sumatra, which is implemented by the Ministry/Institute, Local Government, National and/or Foreign individuals in their respective regions, including:
., a., a. synchronization and activity of program planning activities;
B. Monitoring and evaluation of program execution.
.,, (4) In carrying out its duties, the Reconstruction Continuity board as referred to in paragraph (1), can:

., a., a. The goals of the 2005-2008 program conducted and coordinated by the Board of Rehabilitation and Reconstruction as part of the program objectives as set forth in the Master Plan, be the responsibility of the Rehabilitation And Rehabilitation Agency;

The goals of the 2009 program as the continuity of the objectives of the program in the Master Plan which have been partially implemented and coordinated by the Rehabilitation And Construction Agency as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter a, be responsible Ministry/Institute and Local Government as per the provisions of the laws.
