Section 7
.,, (1) The governor reported the results of the implementation of the activities of the General Election coordination team at the provincial level to the Minister of the Interior.
.,, (2) The Regent/Mayor reports the results of the execution of the activities of the General Election coordinate activities at the district/city level to the Minister of the Interior through the Governor.
.,, (3) The Minister of the Interior reports the results of the activities of the coordination of the General Election implementation team at the central level, provincial level, and county level/city level to the President periodically and/or at any time if necessary.

Section 8
.,, (1) Funding relating to the implementation of activities as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (1), at the central level is charged on the State Department of the Interior Budget and Shopping Budget.
.,, (2) Funding relating to the implementation of activities as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (1), at the provincial level is charged in the Provincial Regional Revenue and Shopping Budget.
.,, (3) Funding relating to the implementation of activities as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (1), at the county/city level is charged in the county/city Regional Revenue and Shopping Budget.

Section 9
The President ' s rules are effective from the date set.

BAB I
UMUM PROVISIONS

Section 1
In this Presidential Regulation referred to:
., 1.  The government is the President of the Republic of Indonesia which holds the power of government of the Republic of Indonesia as referred to in the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945.
., 2. The Regional Government is the Governor, the Regent, or the Mayor, and the area's device as an organizer of the local government.

.,, (2) The granting of support as referred to in paragraph (1), is the form of cooperation between the General Election Commission, the provincial Electoral Commission and the district/city General Election Commission with the Government and the Local Government pursuant to Article 121 Law No. 22 of 2007 on Election Organizers of the General Election.
.,, (3) Support of the staging of General Elections as referred to in paragraph (1) is conducted upon request from the General Election Commission and or the provincial General Election Commission and or the district/city General Election Commission to the The government and the local government.

Section 3
.,, (1) For the exercise of the support of the event the staging of the General Election as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (1) at the central level becomes the task and responsibility of the Minister of the Interior.
.,, (2) the duty and responsibility as referred to in paragraph (1) is exercised by the coordination Team chaired by the Secretary General of the Department of the Interior whose members are composed of the related elements/institutes at the Central level.
.,, (3) The formation of a coordination Team as referred to in paragraph (2) is set with the Decree of the Minister of the Interior.

Section 4
.,, (1) For the exercise of the support of the event the staging of the General Election as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (1) at the provincial level becomes the task and responsibility of the Governor.
., (2) The duty and responsibility as referred to in paragraph (1) is exercised by the coordination Team chaired by the Provincial Secretary of the Province whose members are composed of the related elements/institutions in the province.
.,, (3) The formation of a coordination Team as referred to in paragraph (2) is set with the Governor ' s Decision.

Section 5
.,, (1) For the implementation of the support of the general election, as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (1) at the county/city level to be the duty and responsibility of the Regent/Mayor.
., (2) The duty and responsibility as referred to in paragraph (1) is exercised by the coordination team chaired by the Regional Secretary/city whose members are composed of elements/related agencies in the district/city.
.,, (3) The formation of a coordination team as referred to in paragraph (2) is established with the Decree of the Regent/Mayor.
