I. UMUM

.,, Act No. 14 of 2005 on Teachers and Dosen set that teachers and lecturers are based as professional power aimed at carrying out the national education system. In performing professional duties, teachers and lecturers are entitled to the benefits of professions assigned to the principle of appreciation on the basis of accomplishment. The benefits of the profession are awarded to teachers and lecturers who have had an educator certificate appointed by educational organizers and/or educational units organized by the public. In addition to acquiring professional professions, teachers and lecturers assigned by the Government and local governments in special areas are entitled to special benefits. Special benefits are allowances provided to teachers or lecturers assigned by the Government or local governments as compensation for the difficulties of life faced in carrying out tasks in special areas. Furthermore, Law No. 14 of 2005 on Teacher and Lecturer also set about granting honorary benefits to lecturers who have academic positions of professors.
., in order to carry out the mandate of Act No. 14 of 2005 on Teacher and Lecturer, it needs to be assigned a Government Regulation on the Allowances Of Teachers and Lecturer, Special Benefits of Teacher and Lecturer, as well as the Professor's Honorary Benefits. The scope of this Government Regulation includes the quantity and time of granting of teacher and lecturer professions, special benefits of teachers and lecturers, as well as honor benefits.

., 1. Teachers are professional educators with the main tasks of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, assessing, and evaluating educated participants in early child education of formal education pathways, primary education and secondary education.
., 2. Lecturers are professional educators and scientists with the primary task of transforming, developing, and disseminating science, technology, and art through education, research, and devotion to society.
., 3. The professor is the highest functional position of a lecturer who still teaches in the higher education unit environment.
., 4. The benefits of the profession are allowances given to teachers and lecturers who have an educator certificate as an award for their professionalities.
. .5. Special benefits are allowances given to teachers and lecturers assigned by the Government or local governments as compensation for the difficulties of life faced in carrying out tasks in special areas.
., 6. Special areas are remote or backward areas, areas with remote indigenous peoples conditions, border areas with other countries, areas that experience natural disasters, social disasters, or areas that are in a state of emergency Another.
., 7. The Honor allowance is an allowance given to a lecturer who has an academic position of professor.
., 8. The Department is the department that handles government affairs in the field of national education.
., 9. The Minister is the minister who handles government affairs in the field of national education.
10. The Government is the Central Government.

This Government Regulation governs:
a. Profession benefits for teachers and lecturers;
B. Special benefits for teachers and lecturers;
C. Honorary benefits for lecturers who have academic positions of professors.

BAB II
PROFESSION ALLOWANCE

Section 3
.,, (1) Teachers and lecturers who have had an educator certificate and meet the requirements in accordance with the provisions of the laws are given the profession allowance every month.
.,, (2) The improvement of the profession as referred to in verse (1) is given to teachers and lecturers of civil servants and not civil servants.

Section 4
Professional service benefits for teachers and civil servants who occupy the functional positions of teachers and lecturers are given by 1 (one) times the principal salary of civil servants concerned in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Section 5
.,, (1) The improvement of the profession for teachers and lecturers instead of civil servants is given in accordance with equality of level, tenure, and academic qualification that applies to teachers and lecturers of civil servants.
.,, (2) Further provisions on equality as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed by the Regulation of the Minister.

Section 6
.,, (1) Equality as referred to in Article 5 for teachers and lecturers instead of civil servants set by the Minister or the Minister of Religious Affairs in accordance with its authority.
.,, (2) the Minister or Minister of Religious Affairs may delegate the authority as referred to paragraph (1) to other officials in its environment.

Section 7
Profession benefits for teachers are awarded as starting from January the following year after the concerned gets the Teacher's Registration Number from the Department.

Section 8
The profession allowance for lecturers was granted from January the following year after the concerned received an educator certificate which had been given the Lecturer's Certificate Number from the Department.

Section 9
The allowance of the profession as referred to in Article 3 is terminated if the teacher or lecturer is no longer eligible in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

BAB III
SPECIAL ALLOWANCE

Section 10
.,, (1) Teachers and lecturers assigned by the Government or local government in special areas under the provisions of the laws are provided special allowance each month during the term of assignment.
