ESTABLISH: AREA REGULATIONS ON THE SERVICE LEVY

THE HEALTH OF THE PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL AREA OF JAMBI PROVINCE.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article I

In this Region Regulation referred to:

1. Area is Jambi Province. 2. The Local Government is the Governor of Jambi and the Regional Devices as an organizer element

10. The Road Rawat service is a service to patients for observation, diagnosis, treatment, medik rehabilitation and other health services for patients who come to the Hospital of the Soul without staying in the hospitable space.

11. The Advanced Highway Services are health care to patients who enter the psychiatric hospital as a reference to the first-degree outpatient, which is carried out in the specialist polyclinic of the mental hospital for the purposes of observation, diagnosis, and treatment of the hospital. treatment, medik rehabilitation and other health services without staying in the living room.

24. Medik/Diagnostic support is a service to patients to help enforce the Diagnosis.

25. Accommodation is the use of an outpatient facility including eating and drinking in the Mental Hospital.

26. A guarantor is a person or legal entity for the charge of a health care charge against a person who uses/earns a service at the Hospital of the Soul.

27. Fare is the quantity of fees used in health care activities in the Hospital of the Soul which is charged to the user/user of the facility in exchange for the services of the services he received.

28. The Package system is a way of calculating the financing by grouping some type of service in a single service rate.

BAB II

PRINCIPLE OF RETRIBUTION

Article 2

(1) The Local Government and the public are responsible for maintaining and improve

BAB III

NAME, OBJECT AND SUBJECT OF RETRIBUTION

Article 3

Retribution is Health Care Retribution.

Article 4

(1) The object of retribution is the health care of the Asylum.

BAB IV

LEVY LEVY

Article 5

Retribution of the Mental Hospital health services are classed as General Services Retribution.

BAB V

THE SERVICE IS IMPOSED Levy

Article 6

(1) Any person and/or Agency that is getting mandatory psychiatric hospital health services

BAB VI

SCOPE OF SERVICE

Article 7

The type of service in the Mental Hospital charged with retribution is grouped as follows:

a. Outpatient;

b. Emergency treatment;

c. hospitalization;

d. Medicy/diagnostik;

e. mental rehabilitation;

f. rehabilitation of drug addicts;

g. special consultation;

h. medik action at the dental polyclinic;

i. visum et repertum;

j. physiotherapy;

k. Body and ambulance service;

Rawat Road

Section 8

Emergency Rawat

Article 9

Article 10

Article 11

Article 12

(1) Intensive Care Retribution:

Fourth Quarter

Medik/Diagnostic Performance Check

Section 13

(1) Medic/Diagnostic Penal Examination includes;

a. examination of Radiology;

b. electronic diagnostic check;

c. laboratory check.

(2) The Medik/Diagnostic Attribution Examination Component covers the cost:

a. materials and tools;

b. the services of the hospital;

c. service services.

(3) Medic/Diagnostic Examination Examination as referred to in paragraph (1)

listed in Appendix IV as an inseparable part of the regulation of this area.

Fifth Quarter

Mental Rehabilitation Services

Article 14

(1) Mental rehabilitation services components include occupational therapy, motion therapy, recreational therapy,

group therapy, music therapy, and religious therapy.

(2) The Mental Rehabilitation Service Levy is referred to in verse (1) is listed in Annex V

as an inseparable part of this region's regulations.

Part Sixth

Service and Rehabilitation Of Drug Addicts

Section 15

Article 16

Article 17

Article 18

Article 21

DRUGS AND HEALTH MATERIALS.

Article 24

(1) Drug Procurement/Use of Drug Guidelines List of National Essential Drugs (DOEN) and

formularium set by Jambi Mental Hospital.

(2) Procurement of drugs outside the DOEN and the Jambi Psychiatric Hospital Formularium guideline

applicable laws.

(3) The list of disposable medicines and materials/health tools may be provided by the Home

BAB VII

PENATAENTERPRISE FINANCE

Article 25

b. Human resource development costs by 12%

c. charges for service services of 25%

the service and welfare of a Soul Hospital employee as a service service with

Article 26

(1) Any patient who gets a health service at the Asylum is Retribution

at the specified rate.

after receiving first authorization from PT. ASKES Jambi Branch.

(4) The procedure and payment flow of health care levy is set to the decision

Article 27

(1) Patients guaranteed by third party payment of health care levy billed by

three times.

(3) After a written reprimand as referred to in paragraph (2) the patient remains unfulfilled

Section 31

Article 35
