CHAPTER II RKUPHHK-HA and RKUPHHK-RE article 2 (1) the holder of IUPHHK-HA or IUPHHK-RE compulsory drafting RKUPHHK for a period of 10 (ten) years. Article 7 (1) guidelines for the preparation, appraisal and Approval RKUPHHK-HA as formats that are listed in annex 1 to this Regulation. (2) guidelines for the preparation, assessment and approval of RKUPHHK-RE format as listed in Annex 2 a and 2 b of these regulations. CHAPTER III REVISION RKUPHHK article 8 Change/revision of RKUPHHK-HA or RKUPHHK-RE can be considered in the event of: a. addition or a reduction in the area of work; b. the changing cycles of slash and/or limit the diameter of slash; (1) c. changes to the physical condition of forest resources caused by human factors or natural factors as well as the use of the area by other sectors according to applicable legislation;

CHAPTER IV RKTUPHHK-HA or RKTUPHHK Unity RKTUPHHK Section-RE article 9 (1) Every holder of IUPHHK-HA or IUPHHK-RE compulsory drafting and submitting the proposal RKTUPHHK-HA or RKTUPHHK-RE at least 2 (two) months from the RKUPHHK-HA or RKUPHHK-RE was approved. (2) the proposed RKTUPHHK-HA or RKTUPHHK-RE proposed the next year at least 2 (two) months before the expired RKTUPHHK-HA or RKTUPHHK-RE. Article 10 (1) of the proposed RKTUPHHK-HA or RE-RKTUPHHK as referred to in article 9, arranged by: a. Article 11 (1) in case the company holder IUPHHK-HA certified PHPL in the field of natural forest are mandatory with the performance category at the lack of a good or the certificate holder, voluntary basis PHPL IUPHHK-HA is given the authority and responsibility to arrange RKTUPHHK independently and signed/approved by the Board of Directors of the holder IUPHHK-HA (self-approval) without the consent of the competent authority.

The second part of the assessment and approval of the proposed RKTUPHHK-HA or RKTUPHHK-RE Article 13 (1) the Head Office of district/city at least thirty (30) working days since the receipt of the proposed RKTUPHHK-HA or RKTUPHHK-RE, carry out an examination of the field: a. (4) in case the holder IUPHHK-HA or IUPHHK-RE does not yet have GANISPHPL-TC and or GANISPHPL-CANHUT, RKUPHHK-HA/RE-RKUPHHK and RKTUPHHK-HA/RKTUPHHK-RE can be composed by technical personnel available in the company-HA or IUPHHK IUPHHK-RE up to the year 2010. (5) in terms of WASGANISPHPL-CANHUT is not yet available in the service of the province, Kabupaten/Kota and UPT, field inspection as referred to in article 13 paragraph (2) and article 19 paragraph (2) may be made by the officer/technical forestry staff who are in the service of the Office of the province or district/city. (6) for the implementation of article 4 paragraph (3) and article 9 paragraph (4), the company IUPHHK-HA or IUPHHK-RE mandatory hold GANISPHPL-TC GANISPHPL-CANHUT and appropriate regulation of the Minister of forestry Number P. 58/Menhut-II/2008.

(5) in case the company holder IUPHHK-HA does not yet have permissions such as equipment subsection (4), the list tool in the RKTUPHHK-HA behaves as an approved permit. (6) against the application for the permit Revenue and the use of the equipment for a-HA IUPHHK activities has been submitted to the Director-General before this rule set, the process can still proceed in accordance with prevailing at the time of filing. CHAPTER X PROVISIONS COVER article 27 With the establishment of this rule, then the regulation of the Minister of forestry Number p. 6/Menhut-II/2007 jo.
