paragraph (2) of the letter c, stating that one has possessed/mastered the capabilities and skills of hunting animals, including among other technical hunting, knowledge of the animals hunting, hunting tools, and laws relating to the hunt for hunting.
Article 6 (1) The Form of the Hunting Act as referred to in Article 5 of the paragraph
(1), listed in Appendix II of the Regulation of the Minister Forestry and is an inseparable part of this Regulation.
(2) The Buru Deed Levy as referred to in Article 5 of the paragraph (2) of the letter d, used as a replacement for the cost of the manufacture of the hunt by the local UPT KSDA.
Article 7 Head of the local KSDA published the Hunting Act after the applicant fulfilled the provisions as set forth in Section 5.
Article 8 (1) The Hunting Act as referred to in Article 7, is signed by
Chief of the local UPT KSDA. (2) The Hunting Act which has been signed by the local UPT Chief KSDA
as referred to in paragraph (1) is given to the applicant, in the most prolonged period of 14 (fourteen) business days.
CHAPTER IV PROVISIONS
Article 9 By the enactment of this Regulation, the Decree of the Minister of Forestry No. 544 /Kpts-II/1997 dated 25 August 1997 on the Buru Deed and the Order of Obtaining Buru, revoked and declared no further effect.
Article 10 of this Regulation is in effect. since the date has been promulred

3. The Little Animal Hunting Act is the act of hunting for the animal hunt of the small animals.
4. The Great Animal Hunting Act is the act of hunting for the wildlife group hunting for the wildlife.
5. Wildlife is a certain type of wildlife that is set to be hunted. 6. Hunting is the capture and/or kill of the animals including
take or move eggs and/or a wildlife nest. 7. Buru deed levies are levies imposed on a person
to obtain a hunting deed as a substitute for administrative expenses. 8. The applicant is the one who applied for the hunt deed to
the authorized official. 9. A hunting device is a hunting fire weapon used for activities
hunting for hunting animals. 10. Minister is the Minister for the duty and responsibility in
the field of Forestry. 11. Natural Resource Conservation Technical Managing Unit (UPT KSDA)
is a technical task executing organization in the field of conservation of natural resources and its ecosystem of Natural Resources Conservation Hall (KSDA Hall) and Natural Resource Conservation Hall (KSDA Hall) which is under and responsible to the Director General of Forest Protection and Conservation of Nature.
12. The head of the UPT KSDA is the head of the KSDA Grand Hall or the head of the local KSDA Hall.
CHAPTER II DEED OF THE HUNT
ARTICLE 2 (1) THE TYPE OF THE HUNT DEED CONSISTS OF:
A. The Act of Hunting Birds; b. The Act Of A Small Animal Hunt; c.
(2) The Act of Hunting as referred to in verse (1), contains among others: a. Deed serial number; b. Identity of the hunter;

c. The term is the deed of the hunt; d. Weapons of fire; e. The hunt.
Article 3 (1) The Hunting Act as referred to in Article 2 is 8 cm long
and 6 cm wide, set in the coat of arms of the Forest Department, made of strong materials and not easily falsified, with color basic: a. Bird Hunting Act, with a yellow base color; b. The Act of Hunting Little Animals, with a green base color; c. The Great Animal Hunting Act, with the red base color.
(2) The Example of the Hunting Act as referred to in verse (2), is listed in Appendix I of the Ordinance of the Minister of Forestry and is an inseparable part of this Regulation.
Article 4 of the Acta Buru as referred to in Section 3, apply for the longest term of 5 (five) years to begin the date of the release of the hunt.
CHAPTER III OF THE WAY OF THE HUNT FOR THE HUNT
Article 5 (1) The applicant has applied for the Hunting Act to the local Chief of UPT KSDA
with a gust to: a. Local Chief of Police; b. The head of the local Resort Police; c. District Administrator (Pengda) Persatuan Shoots Indonesia
(PERBAKIN) locale. (2) The Hunting Act Request as referred to in paragraph (1) is lamped
with: a. The applicant's identity (photo copy of the Citizen ID Card (KTP), pas photo
size 2X3, passport for Foreign Citizen, photo copy Card Member (KTA) Union Shooting of Indonesia (PERBAKIN);
b. the health care description of the government doctor; c. the recommendation of the local Regional Police;
